Purpose:1.Understand the level of psychological pain of patients with schizophrenia in remission, and explore the factors that may affect psychological pain.2.To study the effect of dialectical behavior therapy intervention on the psychological distress of patients with schizophrenia in remission.Method:Study 1: General Information Questionnaire, distress thermometer(DT),problem list(PL),Simple Intelligence Test Scale(AMTS),Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),and Abbreviated Mental Test Score(TESS)were used for research.By investigating the relevant information and the degree of psychological pain of 219 patients with schizophrenia in remission, using One-way ANOVA,t-test,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to find the factors that affect the psychological pain of schizophrenia.Study 2: Select 60 patients with schizophrenia in remission in a psychiatric hospital in Shanxi Province as the research object.Using the lottery method, the enrolled patients were divided into the experimental group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was given conventional antipsychotic drugs and work and entertainment treatment. The experimental group was given dialectical behavior therapy interventions for a total of8 times,60 minutes each time,on the basis of medication and work-entertainment treatment.DT,PL and PANSS were used to evaluate before and after the intervention to compare and evaluate the effect of the intervention.Result:Study 1: The average DT score of patients with schizophrenia in remission was(3.04±2.72),61 people with DT≥5,and the detection rate of psychological distress was 27.9%.The main problems that cause psychological distress for patients are tension, worry, breathing difficulties,insurance/economic issues, family health issues, etc. The results of one-way ANOVA and t-test showed that patients with schizophrenia in remission have different genders, whether they are working before admission, and their psychological pain scores are different.Specifically, the psychological distress score of female patients was higher than that of male patients(= 4.199,< 0.05),and the psychological distress score of patients who worked before admission was higher than that of patients who did not work before admission(=4.189,<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the degree of psychological pain of patients with schizophrenia in remission was related to the number of painful problems(=0.520,<0.05),cognitive level(=0.138,<0.05),positive symptoms(=0.164,<0.05),and general psychotic symptoms(=0.196,<0.05)are related.Multiple regression analysis showed that the number of pain-causing problems(=8.685,<0.05)and cognitive level(=2.431,<0.05)can predict the patient’s psychological distress score.Study 2: General data analysis results show that there is no significant difference in the actual conditions of the experimental group and the control group in terms of age, course of disease, type of medication, cognitive level, gender, whether they were working before admission, family income, disease burden, etc. Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in DT,PL,and PANSS scores between the two groups(>0.05).After intervention, the experimental group’s post-test scores in the general psychopathological dimensions of PANSS,DT and PL were significantly lower than those of the control group(< 0.05).There were no significant differences in the PANSS positive and negative dimensions and total scores(>0.05).There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in DT(=7.060,<0.01),PL(=3.184,<0.01)before and after the score difference. The PANSS scores for each dimension and the difference between the total scores before and after the test scores were not significant(>0.05).Conclusion:1.Patients with schizophrenia in remission generally have psychological pain. The main problems that cause psychological pain are tension, worry, breathing difficulties,insurance/economic issues, family health issues,etc.2.Among the surveyed patients with schizophrenia in remission, the gender and whether they were working before admission to the hospital are different, and the psychological pain of the patients is different.3.The factors that affect the psychological distress of patients with schizophrenia in remission include the number of distressing problems, cognitive level, positive symptoms, and general psychotic symptoms. The number of distressing problems and cognitive level can predict the patient’s psychological distress score.4.Dialectical behavior therapy helps to improve the psychological distress of patients with schizophrenia in remission.
