Clinical Observation Of Nourishing Yin And Qi Huoxue Decoction In Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin With Blood Stasis

Objective:This study is based on the comparative study of nourishing yin,nourishing qi and activating blood prescription and basic treatment.To explore the Clinical Observation of Nourishing Yin and Qi Huoxue Decoction in Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy with Deficiency of Qi and Yin with Blood Stasis.Methods:This study selected 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy of Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type in the outpatient and inpatient wards of the Endocrinology Department of Baoding No.1 Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They can be randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group,under the use of the random number table method.The control group took basic treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Nourishing Yin,Yiqi and Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The length of the experimental study is 8 weeks,every 4 weeks is a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.Observe the urinary albumin/creatinine,β2-microglobulin,urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,TCM syndrome score and bad reactions before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Analyze its data results with SPSS22.0.Result:During the study period,there was no dropout or discontinuation in both groups.After statistical testing,the age,gender,course of disease,clinical comprehensive efficacy,The biochemical indicators and TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients did not have any statistical significance before treatment.(P>0.05),and they were comparable.(1)Blood glucose: After two courses of treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the two groups of patients in the same group,the clinical treatment effect before treatment is far inferior to the clinical treatment effect after treatment.(P <0.01).After treatment,the two groups of patients were compared between groups.The clinical treatment effect of the control group was not as good as that of the treatment group in terms of fasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 hours after a meal.(P <0.05 or P <0.01).Comparing the two groups after treatment,the clinical treatment effect of glycosylated hemoglobin was similar between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Urinary albumin/creatinine: After two courses of treatment,the two groups of patients were compared in the same group.The level of urinary albumin/creatinine before treatment was much lower than the level reduced after treatment.(P <0.01).After treatment,the two groups of patients were compared between groups.The decreased level of urine albumin/creatinine in the control group was much smaller than the decreased level of urine albumin and creatinine in the treatment group(P<0.01).(3)Renal function: After two courses of treatment,the two groups of patients were compared in the same group.The levels of urea nitrogen,β2-microglobulin and serum creatinine before treatment were far less than the reduced levels after treatment.(P <0.01).After treatment,the two groups of patients were compared between the two groups.The control group’s reduced urea nitrogen and β2-microglobulin levels were far less than the treatment group’s reduced urea nitrogen and β2-microglobulin levels(P <0.01).After treatment,the two groups of patients were compared between groups.The reduction in serum creatinine level in the control group was not as good as the reduction in serum creatinine level in the treatment group(P<0.05).(4)Main symptom single score:After two courses of treatment,the two groups of patients were compared within the same group.In terms of the main symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical treatment effect before treatment was far inferior to the clinical treatment effect after treatment(P <0.01).After treatment,the two groups of patients were compared with each other.The control group was far less effective than the treatment group in improving the symptoms of dry mouth and throat(P<0.01).After treatment,the two groups of patients were compared between the group and the group.The treatment of the control group was in the treatment of cloudy urine,restless heart palpitations,five upset heat,sore waist and knees,fatigue,shortness of breath,numbness,dizziness,tinnitus,etc.The effect is not as good as the treatment group(P <0.01).(5)TCM symptom total score: After two courses of treatment,the two groups of patients were compared in the same group.The total score for improving TCM symptoms before treatment was far lower than the total score for improving TCM symptoms after treatment(P <0.01).After treatment,the two groups of patients were compared between the group and the group.The level of the control total score for improving TCM symptoms was much lower than that of the treatment group(P<0.01).Safety: There were no obvious abnormalities in liver function,kidney function,blood,urine,stool routine,and electrocardiogram in the two treatment groups before and after treatment.During the medication period of this study,no serious adverse events occurred in the two groups of patients,and it can be considered that the overall safety of Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue Recipe.Conclusion:(1)Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue Recipe can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with early diabetic nephropathy of deficiency of both qi andyin and blood stasis.(2)Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue Recipe can reduce the patient’s blood sugar and renal function and other curative effects.(3)The comprehensive clinical curative effect of Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis is better than basic treatment alone.
