Diabetic Nephropathy Card Waiting And Qi And Nourishing Yin And Promoting Blood Circulation Of Early Intervention Clinical Research

This thesis is made up of two parts: literature review and clinical research, and the latter one contains the symptomatology research on diabetic nephropathy(DN) as well as clinical research on early intervention of DN using the method of supplementing qi, nourishing yin and activating blood.In the first review named The Research Advancement of Chinese Medical Symptomatology on Diabetic Dephropathy, a conclusion of the clinical and empirical study on symptomatology of DN was made from both the perspectives of macroscopic and microcosmic differentiation of symptoms and signs; In the second one named The Research Advancement of Prevention and Cure on DN Using Chinese Medicine, the present problems and the developmental direction in Chinese clinical and scientific research was discussed.In symptomatology research, the questionnaire was used to add up the incidence rate of the common symptoms according to the principle of deciding the pattern of syndrome according to asthenia of healthy energy while deciding the manifestation according to state of evil domination. Result: The commonest symptoms of DN are thirst, polydipsia, lassitude, blurred vision, insomnia and dreaminess, aching painful loin and legs, dizziness, cardiopalmus; The main patterns of syndrome of DN are deficiency of both QI and YIN, hepatic and renal yin deficiency, deficiency of both QI and blood, asdthenic splenonephro-yang, of which the most common one is Qi and Yin deficiency; the common amphi-manifestations are blood stasis, qi stagnant, humid heat, phlegm-dampness, of the determinative one is blood stasis, The main type of syndrome in the early stage of DN is qi and yin deficiency with stasis.The clinical study of 30 cases of DN shows that complex prescription of Chinese herb with the functions of supplementing qi, nourishing yin and activate blood can obviously amendment the symptoms of DN, reduce the urine microamount albumin and riglyceride, rise high density lipoprotein, improve the hypso-filtration of glomcrulus and guard renal function so as to stop the development of the early stage of DN. According to the curative effect evaluation criterion, 2 cases were complete remission, 8 cases were inefficacy, and the total effective rate is 73.3%. Besides, no obvious adverse effect is showed during the treatment. The research indicates that there is positive curative effect in using the method of supplementing qi, nourishing yin and activate blood to intervene DN.
