Yin Invigorating And Blood Activating Therapy Of Qi And Yin Deficiency Type Two Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of Qi and yin deficiency type two diabetic nephropathy.Methods:The Qi and yin deficiency type two diabetic patients with nephropathy in60patients, according to a randomized, controlled trial of the same principle, using a single blind method and divided into experiment group and control group, the treatment group of30cases,30cases of the control group. Control group was treated with routine treatment of Western medicine; the test group in conventional western medicine treatment based on the use of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction (self), an agent/day, two times/day,250ml/time. For one month, and observed for2months. Traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment, fasting blood glucose (FPG),2hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), serum cystatin C(CysC24h), urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), serum total cholesterol (TC), serum glycerin three greases (TG) and clinical symptoms integral change.Results:Two groups of patients in age, sex, duration of diabetes and treatment of Chinese medicine symptom score before the general clinical data, no significant differences, with comparable. After two courses of treatment, the total efficiency of90.00%for the experimental group, control group63.33%, two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). In two groups after the treatment of FPG,2Hpg, HbAlc, Ccr, Scr, CysC, UAER and the group before treatment had significant differences (P<0.05, P<0.01), after treatment than before treatment; after the treatment in the two groups CysC, UAER, Scr, Ccr had a significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01), the test group in reducing UAER, lower CysC, Ccr, Scr levels than the control group. In two groups after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores were significantly reduced, and the groups before treatment had a significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01), the two group can improve the Qi and yin deficiency type two diabetic nephropathy clinical symptoms; two groups after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom had a significant difference (P<0.01), test group in improving Yin two deficiency in patients with diabetic nephropathy clinical symptoms than the control group.Conclusions:Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of Qi and yin deficiency type two diabetic nephropathy has better clinical curative effect.
