Experience Of Professor Dai Enlai In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease By Wind Drugs

Objective: Collect the TCM prescriptions of Professor Dai Enlai using wind drugs to treat chronic kidney disease,use data mining methods to analyze and verify the tutor’s experience in treating CKD,and inherit the tutor’s academic thinking.Method:(1)In the process of learning with the teacher,collect the prescriptions of the instructor for the treatment of CKD containing wind drugs,and make a sorting out of the prescription cases,and enter them into the information collection data sheet.(2)Refer to relevant papers and literatures to find the relationship between CKD and wind disease and wind drugs.(3)The theoretical basis of wind treatment for CKD was summarized,and the rule of prescription medication was analyzed by using the TCM inheritance calculation platformResult:(1)From "Huangdi Neijing" and the works of modern and modern doctors,it is found that the pathologic factor,which is led by wind evil,lies in the kidney colladerae,and either causes the disease alone or is combined with other pathologic factors.This is consistent with the tutor’s opinion that "the basis of treating CKD with wind drugs is" wind evil hidden in the collaterals ".(2)The instructor suggested that in the treatment of CKD,the method of "dispelling wind and clearing collaterals",combined with the method of warming Yang for the purpose of cultivating and replenishing Yuan Yang in the kidney,can better achieve the purpose of strengthening the body and dispelling evil.(3)Kochia scoparia,Sophora japonicus,Chinese yam,Astragalus,Cornus,Angelica,Campsis radicans,Dilong,Danpi,and Rehmannia glutinosa are the top ten most frequently used herbs.The four qi of the above ten drugs are mainly warm,cold,and calm in nature,the five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent,and the liver,ki dney,and spleen are the main channels.Through the correlation analysis,it is found t hat the commonly used drug pairs are Kochia scoparia-shengdi,Kochia scoparia-ange-li ca-yam,yam-shanyu meat-epimedium and so on.Conclusion: Professor Dai Enlai used wind drugs to treat chronic kidney disease by separate treatment of internal wind and external wind.Common medicines for internal wind are earthworm and leech,etc.Common medicines for external wind are Kochia scoparia,Sophora japonicus,Campsis radicans,etc.
