Professor Dai Enlai’s Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Urinary Tract Infections

Objective:To summarize Professor Dai Enlai’s academic thoughts and clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infection(UTI),provide theoretical guidance for the treatment of urinary tract infection,and improve the clinical efficacy.Methods:1.Learn from the teacher:through a variety of channels such as outpatient consultation with the teacher,prescriptions,classroom lectures,group discussions,special lectures,and other channels,Dai Enlai’s academic thoughts and clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infections were summarized.2.Literature research:consult relevant literature and learn the theoretical understanding of urinary tract infections by medical doctors of all generations;earnestly study the literature on the diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infections by Professor Dai Enlai Academic thoughts and clinical experience in other aspects.3.Data mining:with the help of modern data mining technology,the software of "TCM inheritance assisting platform V2.5" was used to analyze and analyze the prescription data that met the inclusion criteria of this study.Professor’s academic thought and clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infection.Results:1.Professor Dai Enlai believes that the basic pathogenesis of UTI is "kidney defic iency,dampness-heat and unfavorable vaporization".2.Professor Dai Enlai’s basic rules for urinary tract infection is "actually clearing,empty the tonic".3.To analysis Professor Dai Enlai’s of the prescriptions of patients with UTI.Analy sis results show that the Professor Dai Enlai commonly used medicines for the treatm ent of urinary tract infection:Bian,Dianthus superbus,Plantain seed storage,Eucommiabar k,Achyranthes,Liquorice,Pyrrosia leaf,Yam,Gardenia,Orange.Based on the association rule analysis of drug combination,5 drug pairs with high occurrence frequency were obtaine d.Based on the entropy clustering algorithm,65 drug pairs,20 core combinations and 10 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:1.Professor Dai Enlai has a distinctive academic viewpoint on the diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infection,rich experience and remarkable clinical efficacy.2.Applying the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platf orm,this paper explores and analyze the clinical drug use rules of Professor Dai Enlai in the treatment of urinary tract infection,further improves the theoretical system of m odern traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of urinary tract infection,and provi des ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
