Objective :Summarize professor Dai Enlai's academic thoughts and clinical experience for the treatment of DN.Methods: By studying with clinical treatment in the hospital and copying the prescripti--on of the traditional Chinese medicine with professor Dai,listening the typical case,elaborat--ed the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy and therapeut--ic principle in theoretical.Using “TCM inheritance auxiliary systems(V2.5)software to col--lect medical record and establish the database.By using frequency statistics and formula rule,association rule,clustering analysis of data mining methods to analyze,conclude and summa--rize the experience of Professor Dai's clinical treatment.Finally systematizing the academic features and clinical experience for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Results:1.Professor Dai Enlai's diabetic nephropathy TCM theory research could be summarized as “Evil is virtual to natural body and toxic damage of kidney”.2.Professor Dai Enlai's diabetic nephropathy syndrome differentiation experience could be summed up as “solidify kidney-recuperate spleen-restore the liver-detoxification and dred--ging collaterals ”.3.Through frequency statistics analysis,obtained Treatment of hematuria frequency of t--he top ten drugs by Professor Dai Enlai as follow: Yam,Astragalus membranaceus,Ligustic--um wallichii,Angelica sinensis,monkshood,Dogwood,Lumbricus,Leech,Leonurus,Poria cocos.Through the analysis of association rules algorithm,resulting in a higher frequency of 10 pairs of drugs.Based on the improved mutual information method,7 drug pairs with high correlation were obtained.According to the complex system entropy clustering algorithm,18 core combinations are obtained.9 new prescriptions were obtained according to the unsuperv--ised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm.Draw a conclusion: Analyze and refine Pro.Dai Enlai's common therapeutic agents and medicine constitution in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.The result agreed with Pro.Dai Enlai's notion of “Evil is virtual to natural body and toxic damage of kidney”.Conclusion:1.Pro.Dai Enlai has profound notion of traditional Chinese and western medicine in trea--tment of diabetic nephropathy and pathogenesis and the clinical curative effect is distinct.2.We used data mining techniques to demonstrate that Pro.Dai Enlai 's formula for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy scientifically,and the certain regularity in medication,whi--ch could be easy to operate and could show.
