Correlation Between Serum ApoA1、ApoM And Lichen Planus、Psoriasis

Objective:1.To investigate the correlation between lichen planus and apolipoprotein,psoriasis and apolipoprotein,by detecting the expression levels of apolipoprotein ApoA1 and ApoM in serum of lichen planus patients,psoriasis patients and normal people.2.To investigate whether there is a correlation between apolipoprotein ApoA1 and ApoM in lichen planus and psoriasis sera;Is there any correlation between the two apolipoproteins in psoriasis?Methods:Gathered in Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Engineering University diagnosed patients in January 2019 to June 2020,among them 40 patients with compressed moss as experimental group,in the healthy check-up of the hospital medical center randomly 40 volunteers as the control group at the same time,40 psoriasis control group patients were selected at random.Respectively,using ELISA experimental measure of the research of study ApoA1,ApoM protein levels in serum and statistical analysis.Results:(1)The rate about male to female in the lichen planus group was 1.22:1,in the normal controls was1:1.5,and in the psoriasis group was 1:1.22.There was no statistical significance in pairwise comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).The lichen planus group,normal control group and psoriasis group was51.42±12.51 years of age,53.20±13.14 years of age and 53.00±16.10 years of age,respectively.There was no distinct imparity between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)The expression standard of apolipoprotein ApoA1 in serum of lichen planus group was remarkable lower than the normal control group,and the discrepancy was statistically sense(P<0.05).There was no dramatically distinguish in serum ApoM protein expression standard between lichen planus and normal control group(P>0.05).The standard of ApoA1 in psoriasis group was dramatically lower than that in normal,with statistical sense(P<0.05).(3)There was no correlation between serum ApoA1 protein expression standard and ApoM protein expression standard in the lichen planus group(P>0.05).There was no correlation between serum ApoA1 protein expression standard and ApoM in psoriasis(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)In lichen planus patients,ApoA1 protein may be involved in its occurrence and development.ApoM protein may not be involved in its occurrence and development,or the sample size is too small to be re-tested.There was no correlation between the two apolipoproteins in lichen planus.(2)In patients with psoriasis,ApoA1 protein may be involved in the occurrence and development of psoriasis;ApoM protein may not be involved in the occurrence and development of psoriasis.There was no correlation between the two apolipoproteins in patients with psoriasis.
