Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Lichen Planus (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) By Wushe Quyu Decoction Combined With Pyonex

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wu she qu yu Decoction combined with pyonex in the treatment of lp(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Method:Eighty patients with lichen planus who met the inclusion criteria in this study were selected and divided into treatment group and control group with 40 patients in each group according to the random number table.The treatment group was treated with Wu she qu yu Decoction combined with pyonex therapy,while the control group was treated with Acitretin Capsule.The skin lesion area and severity score and TCM syndrome score were recorded before treatment,at the fourth weekend and the eighth weekend after treatment,and the adverse reactions occurred during treatment were also recorded.Statistical software was used to make statistical analysis of the recorded lesion area,severity score and TCM syndrome score,and to determine the clinical effect.Result:1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of lesion area,severity and TCM s ymptoms in 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and both treat ments could effectively improve skin lesions(p<0.05).However,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(p <0.05).2.After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effectiveness rate of treatment group was84.21%,3 cases were cured clinically and 16 cases showed obvious effect.13 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective;The total effective rate was 75.67% in the control group,1 cases were cured clinically and 7 cases showed obvious effect.20 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective.The therapeutic effect of treatment group was higher than that of contral group(p < 0.05).3.In the treatment group,there was 1 patient with mild dizziness during the treatment with plum blossom needle.The treatment was stopped and the patient was told to open the collar and lie down to rest.The symptoms improved and the overall treatment was not affected.In the control group,there was 1 patient with nausea and headache during the treatment.The patient was told to rest and take this medicine one and a half hours after eating.The symptoms were improved,but the treatment was also not affected.There were no abnormalities in electrocardiogram,hematuria routine,liver function and kidney function in both groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Wu she qu yu Decoction combined with pyonex can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type lichen planus.2.Wu she qu yu Decoction combined with pyonex has no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type lichen planus,which is a safe and effective method.
