Research Purpose:Understand the current status of discharge readiness of liver transplant recipients, analyze the relevant factors affecting the discharge readiness of liver transplant recipients, and analyze the correlation between discharge readiness of liver transplant recipients and the quality of discharge guidance, social support and self-efficacy;explore the population The impact of academic data and disease-related data on the readiness for discharge of liver transplant recipients, and to provides a reliable basis for the construction of discharge service plans for liver transplant recipients.Research Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 145 liver transplant recipients who met the inclusion criteria in the hepatobiliary surgery(liver transplantation)of a tertiary hospital in Hangzhou from December 2019 to January 2021.The paper was finished 4 hours before the patient was discharged.Quality version of the General Information Questionnaire,Disease Information Questionnaire,Adult Discharge Preparation Scale,Social Support Scale,Discharge Guidance Quality Scale,Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scale for questionnaire survey.Use EpiDate3.1 for data entry, and IBM SPSS23.0 software for statistical analysis.Among general patient data, diseaserelated data, and discharge preparation metrics, independent sample T-tests were used to meet the requirements of binary categorical variables, and single-factor analysis of variance was used for multi-categorical variables to meet the variance;Person correlation analysis social support scale and discharge guidance quality scale are used,Self-efficacy scale for correlation analysis;Multiple stepwise regression analysis method was used to screen the influencing factors of discharge readiness.Research Results:1.Included and analyzed 145 liver transplant recipients. The total score for discharge readiness of liver transplant recipients was(180.41±10.50),and the total item score was(8.20±0.477).The standardized average score of the four dimensions ranked from high to low as expected Social support dimension(8.65±0.589),average out-of-hospital coping ability dimension(8.37±0.861),self-condition dimension(8.22±0.67),and disease knowledge dimension(7.89±0.66).2.The total quality of discharge guidance for liver transplant recipients is scored as the total quality of discharge guidance for liver transplant recipients is(7.94±0.57),which is close to the middle-to-high level. The standardized average score of content dimensions is(7.38±0.514),the standardized average score of content dimensions is obtained(7.07±0.70),and the average instructional skills and effect dimensions are divided into(8.37±0.59).3.The total score of social support for liver transplant recipients is(39.50±5.78),subjective support dimensions(20.81±3.41),objective support dimensions(11.98±1.87),and support utilization(6.70±2.03).4.The total score of self-efficacy of liver transplant recipients is(47.43±5.60),which is at a high level.Symptom management dimension(31.16±3.81),disease common management dimension(16.26±2.30).5.The discharge readiness of liver transplant recipients is positively correlated with social support(r=0.727);discharge readiness is positively correlated with the quality of discharge guidance(r=0.661);discharge readiness is positively correlated with chronic disease self-efficacy(r=0.769).6.The factors that affect the readiness for discharge of liver transplant recipients include selfefficacy, social support, quality of discharge guidance, complications, gender, discharge with tube, family’s main caregiver during hospitalization, and chronic diseases, which can explain 76.8% of the variance in the regression equation.Research Conclusion:1.A total of 145 liver transplant recipients are included in this group, and the discharge readiness for discharge is at a medium-to-high level.2.The discharge readiness of liver transplant recipients is positively correlated with the quality of discharge guidance, social support, and self-efficacy.3.The factors affecting the discharge readiness of liver transplant recipients are self-efficacy,social support, quality of discharge guidance, complications, gender, discharge with a tube, family’s main caregiver during hospitalization, and the number of types of combined chronic diseases.
