Objective : Through the investigation of Acute coronary syndrome(Acute coronary syndrome,ACS)discharge readiness status of patients and their families, clear the patient discharge guidance quality, social support and family hospital readiness relationship with ACS patients discharged from hospital readiness, and analyze the influence factors of ACS patients discharged from hospital readiness,in order to improve its discharge readiness to provide empirical basis.Methods:1.A total of 348 ACS patients and their family members were selected from the Department of Cardiology of a Third-grade A hospital in Xinjiang from November 2018 to May 2019 with the convenience sampling method.Patients were investigated using general data questionnaire,Discharge readiness Scale(RHDS),Discharge Guidance Quality Scale(QDTS)and social support Scale(SSRS).The family members were investigated using general information questionnaire and discharge readiness Scale(RHDS).The investigation time was the day the patient was discharged.2.SPSS17.0 software was used for data processing and analysis.Descriptive analysis was used to describe the general information, discharge readiness, quality of discharge guidance and social support scores of ACS patients and their families. The difference of RHDS item 1 between the patients and their families was tested with 2,and the difference of discharge readiness score was tested with paired t.Single factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis were used to investigate the factors affecting the discharge readiness of ACS patients.Results:1.The overall discharge readiness of ACS patients was(159.51±23.90),which was at a medium level. The scores from high to low after standardized in each dimension were expected social support,self-status,out-of-hospital coping ability and disease knowledge. The overall degree of discharge readiness of family members was(155.72±25.21),which was at a medium level. The standardized scores of each dimension were ranked from high to low in order of out-of-hospital coping ability, expected social support,self-status and disease knowledge. There were significant differences in self-assessment scores of discharge readiness between the patient group and the family group(T =3.183,P=0.002).2.The overall discharge guidance quality of ACS patients was(127.07±26.29),which was at a medium low level. The overall social support score was(36.11 ± 8.53),which was lower than the domestic norm.Patients' discharge readiness was positively correlated with the quality of discharge guidance, social support and family members' discharge readiness.3.The scores of discharge guidance quality, social support and family members' discharge readiness of patients with different discharge readiness levels were statistically significant(all P<0.005).4.The main factors affecting discharge readiness of ACS patients include discharge guidance skills and effects, family members' own conditions, coping ability outside the hospital, subjective support, family per capita monthly income,self-care ability and patient gender, which can explain the 52.3% variation of multiple regression equation.Conclusion:1.The discharge readiness of ACS patients and their families is generally at a medium level.2.There was a positive correlation between patient readiness and discharge guidance quality, social support and family readiness.3.Discharge readiness of ACS patients was mainly affected by discharge guidance skills and effects, family members' own conditions, coping ability outside the hospital, subjective support, family per capita monthly income,self-care ability and patient gender.
