Objectives:To understand the patients' readiness for discharge after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC),,to explore the influencing factors of the patient's readiness to discharge after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC),and to provide theory for medical staff to carry out discharge services and formulate plans for patients in accordance with. Methods:this study use a cross-sectional survey research method. From May 2019 to November 2019,372 patients who underwent LC surgery in two tertiary Class A hospitals in Changsha,Hunan Province investigate before they are discharge. The study include general information.Questionnaire, disease status questionnaire,Chinese version of Discharge Readiness Scale(RHDS),Chinese version of Discharge Guidance Scale(QDTS),Social Support Scale(SSRS).SPSS 24.0 statistical software is use for data analysis. The statistical analysis methods are mainly statistical description, analysis of variance,Nonparametric rank sum test, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis.P value <0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)Distribute a total of 380 questionnaires, and recovere 372 valid questionnaires. The effective recovery rate is 97.89%.(2)The total score of the patients' readiness to discharge after LC is(93.63±11.29),and the scores are in three dimensions: the total average score of the individual status dimension(19.84±4.21),the total average score of coping ability(31.26±7.37),the expected The total average score of sexual support(34.15±3.63).(3)The total score of the quality of discharge guidance for patients after LC is(138.65±14.80),of which the total score of the obtained content dimension is(44.05±5.59),and the total score of the required content dimension is(49.71±6.02).The total score of guidance skills and effects is(97.34±10.53)(4)The total social support score of patients after LC is(36.92±3,71)points.The total average score of objective support is(8.86±3.27),the total average score of subjective support is(20.33±3.69),and the average average score of social support utilization is(6.28±1.34).(5)Sperman rank correlation analysis showed that there is a positive correlation between discharge readiness and discharge guidance quality scores after LC patients(r(28)453.0),and a positive correlation between discharge readiness and social support scores(r(28)326.0)(6)The results of Logistic regression analysis show that the number of days in hospital,Whether with drainage tube,BMI,combine chronic conditions, objective support, subjective support, support utilization, access to content, guidance skills, and effects are the influencing factors of patients' readiness for discharge after LC It can explain 75.1% of the total variation in patient readiness after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Conclusions:1.The patient's readiness for discharge after LC is at a moderately high level, and the patient's readiness for discharge needs to be further improved.2.The number of days in hospital,Whether with drainage tube,BMI,combined chronic disease status, objective support, subjective support, support utilization, access to content, guidance skills and effects are the main influencing factors of patients' readiness for discharge after LC.
