significantly related to mental health.Resilience and stress coping strategies have the ability to alleviate occupational stress and thereby improve the adverse consequences of mental health. This study uses a combined questionnaire of occupational stress factors, stress coping strategies, resilience, and mental health to investigate a group of railway staff,Randomly selected 1777 railway staff from the stations under the jurisdiction of Tianshui CDC.A total of 1770 valid questionnaires were obtained through the establishment of Excel 2010.The median and quartiles of SPSS 23.0 were used to describe the current situation of railway staff occupational stress. The non-parametric two independent samples Mann-Whitney U test and multiple independent samples Kruskal-Wallis H test were used to compare the differences between demographic characteristics and lifestyles on occupational stress, stress coping strategies, resilience and mental health;using rank correlation analysis Explore the correlation between railway staff occupational stress, stress coping strategies, resilience and mental health.Construct structural equation models of occupational stress factors, stress coping strategies, resilience and mental health through confirmatory factor analysis, and model matching indicators were used to analyze the path of occupational stress to the mental health of railway staff;the stress coping strategies were analyzed by bootstrapping Long distal mediating effects of resilience in the impact of occupational stress on the mental health of railway staff, and test whether there are statistical differences in the mediating effects. In order to reduce the occupational stress degree of railway staff by acquiring resilience and stress coping strategies,it can provide theoretical and scientific basis for railway department develop a policy,it also can preventing the occurrence of related mental diseases.1.The scores of railway staff in occupational stress factors, stress coping strategies, resilience and mental health under different demographic characteristics were significantly different.1.The Cronbachαcoefficients of the scales used in this study were all above 0.80,which indicates that the scales have good internal consistency and reliability.2.There were differences in occupational stress factor and mental health scores between different gender railway staff(P<0.05).3.There were differences in occupational stress factors and mental health scores among railway staff of different ages(P<0.05).4.There were differences in occupational stress factors and mental health scores among railway staff with different educational levels(P<0.05).5.There were differences in occupational stress factors and mental health scores among railway staff with different marital status(P<0.05).6.There were differences in occupational stress factors and mental health scores among railway staff with different smoking conditions(P<0.05).7.There were differences in occupational stress factors and mental health scores among railway staff with different drinking conditions(P<0.05).8.There were differences in occupational stress factors and mental health scores among railway staff in different physical exercise situations(P<0.05).2.Analysis of the correlation between occupational stress, stress coping strategies, resilience and mental health of railway staff1.Correlation results showed that there were correlations between mental health and occupational stress factors, stress coping strategies, and resilience(|r|=0.050~0.555,P<0.05).2.Correlation results showed that there was a correlation between occupational stress factors, stress coping strategies, and resilience(|r|=0.055~0.563,P<0.05).3.Correlation results showed that there was a correlation between stress coping strategies and resilience(r=0.276~0.360,P<0.01);3.Structural equation models of railway staff occupational stress factors, stress coping strategies, resilience and mental health1.Structural equation modeling revised fitness index:c~2/df is between 1-3,goodness of fit index, adjusted goodness-of-fit index, comparative fit index, normed fit index are all greater than 0.9,root mean square error of approximation, standardized root mean square residual are all within 0.08,the model fitness index is good.2.Convergence validity results showed that the CR values of stress coping strategies and resilience are above 0.8,and occupational stress factors and mental health are above 0.6.Indicates that the facet problem has acceptable convergence validity.3.The results of differential validity showed that the differential validity of mental health was 0.608,the differential validity of Resilience was 0.865,the differential validity of occupational stress was 0.572,and the differential validity of stress coping strategies was 0.824,all of which had higher differential validity. There is a high difference between facets and facets.4.Intermediary effects of stress coping strategies and resilience on railway staff occupational stress and mental health1.Stress coping strategies play a mediating effect on the impact of railway staff occupational stress on mental health(P<0.01).2.Resilience plays a mediating effect in the impact of railway occupational stress on mental health(P<0.01).3.Stress coping strategies and resilience play a long-term mediating effect in the impact of railway staff occupational stress on mental health.4.The difference test of the mediation effect of the stress coping strategy and the remote mediation effect of the stress coping strategy and the resilience, and the difference test of the mediation effect of the stress coping strategy and the mediation effect of resilience are all statistically significant(P<0.01).The mediating effect of coping strategies is greater than the mediating effect of resilience. The mediating effect of stress coping strategies is greater than the remote mediating effect of nervous coping strategies and resilience. In summary, this study showed that through non-parametric tests, the differences in occupational stress, resilience, and mental health of railway staff under different demographic characteristics and lifestyles should be developed by non-smoking,moderate drinking, exercise and keep good habits.Through correlation analysis and structural equation models of railway staff’occupational stress factors, stress coping strategies, resilience and mental health,it is found that stress coping strategies and resilience play a long-term intermediary role in the process of occupational stress factors affecting railway staff’mental health And the mediating effect of stressful coping strategies is greater than that of psychological resilience.Railway-related departments should be improve the working environment of railway staff, increase the number of rest rooms, addriot gear and other safety facilities, increase the sense of security of railway employees, regularly provid mental health lectures and online courses to obtain More stressful coping strategies and improve the level of mental resilience, prevent the occurrence of mental health-related diseases, improve work efficiency, and ensure their good work quality. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Occupational stress, Stress coping strategies, Resilience, Mental health, Mediation effect | PDF Full Text Request |
