Application Of "Zero Inventory" In Inventory Management Of Hospital Pharmacy

With the development of the market economy,medical reform is advancing,and with the time goes by,reform measures are continuously optimized.Finally,the innovative thinking of "JRPMM"(joint reformation for public health service,medical insurance,and medical production-circulation)was formed.As Chinese characteristic socialism enters a new era,the level of people’s demands for medical technology and service are also increasing.In the face of the ever-changing medical situation,the hospital must make corresponding changes to adapt to the development of the times.Hospital inventory cost management is an important part of hospital cost management.The innovation of hospital inventory management mode plays an important role in improving the level of hospital management system.Under this development trend,the “zero inventory” management pattern not only meets the needs of modern hospital inventory management,but also reduces costs and improves efficiency.To a certain extent,it promotes the revolution and improvement of the hospital’s internal system.This paper focuses on the "zero inventory" management pattern.Firstly,it analyzes the developing background of this pattern,and studies the experience and lessons of "zero inventory" pattern from abroad and China.Secondly,it analyzes the actual situation of Y hospital inventory management and the favorable conditions for implementing the “zero inventory” mode,then the process of “zero inventory” management mode in Y hospital drug warehouse will be designed,and make a plan for coordination and cooperation among various departments within the hospital.Finally,it compares the optimization of various resources under the new inventory management mode and analyzes its superiority and existing deficiencies.For informing advanced and efficient inventory management which can reduce operating costs,improve management efficiency and enhance core competitive power,the conclusion offers some analyses and advices for shortcoming.
