The problem of high drug inventory in hospitals has been widely concerned by hospital administrators and scholars.Wiih the strict supervision of the Food and Drug Administration on pharmaceuticals, the implementation of the GSP "Policy for the Quality Management of Pharmaceutical Products.has increased, and the hardware costs of drug storage in hospitals have-continued:to increase. With the gradual deepening of medical reforms, the counltry ’s drug additions have been completely eliminated before September 30,2017.Therefore,drug inventory has become a cost-consuming subject for hospitals. Therefore, under the current conditions, choosing a scientific and rational drug inventory management model is the only way for hospitals to improve the efficacy of drug management, reduce the cost of hospital drug inventory, meet the clinical medication, and ensure the normal operation of the hospital. This article is based on this point of view, after researching related fields at home and abroad, combined with the current situation in the field of medical and health in China, demonstrated the necessity and urgency of hospitals to strengthen drug management and implement zero-inventory drug management. To this end,the paper elaborated on the concept of zero inventory management, the concept that the public hospitals need to follow in the implementation of zero-stock management of pharmaceuticals, and the main form of implementing zero-inventory drug management to achieve the goals and actual implementation steps.Zero-inventory management of pharmaceutical supply chain is compared horizontally with zero-inventory management of other industries, which theoretically guides the scope of zero-stock management.Based on the above theoretical research, the practice of zero-inventory drug management was carried out with Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as an example, aiming at the high level of drug inventory in hospitals. In practice, the ABC classification management method and the ranking analysis method are used to finely manage the hospital’s drug inventory, verifying the effectiveness of the ABC classification management method and the ranking analysis method in zero inventory management, and analyzing the two kinds of results through practical results. The advantages and disadvantages of management methods. After the viewpoint was verified, the process of implementing zero-inventory drug management was analyzed using game theory, and the effect of supply chain zero-inventory on the supply chain was elicited.
