In the context of China’s rapid development of medical and health care,one after another medical reform initiatives benefiting the whole country have been introduced one after another,and hospital drugs have started to implement zero price difference management,breaking the past situation of supporting hospital development with drug profits.D hospitals themselves have the problem of not using information systems comprehensively enough,making drug buyers unclear about the demand situation of drugs,and at the same time,the lack of corresponding analysis data may lead to The lack of analysis data may lead to shortage of drugs.In addition,the lagging information system can lead to the bullwhip effect.In addition,due to the manual development of procurement plans,the stock clerks have imposed higher safety stocks and longer procurement cycles for various drugs with insufficient manpower.Concerns about drug shortages when setting upper and lower inventory limits without analyzing the expected use of drugs also led to higher safety stocks and longer procurement cycles.The empirical approach to drug inventory management clearly increases the cost in terms of drug management and has the adverse effect of hindering the further development of the hospital.This paper takes Hospital D as the research object,analyzes the capital profile of the hospital’s drug inventory,ordering methods,etc.,and explores the problems of the hospital in drug inventory management by means of questionnaires,such as inaccurate drug demand forecasts and unreasonable procurement plans,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies based on inventory management theory.Firstly,the ABC classification method was used to classify the main psychotropic drugs in hospital D into three categories according to the value of drugs,which made the classification more scientific and reasonable.Next,we use the "joint ordering model" to design the process of inventory management improvement in D hospital,and give a realistic procurement strategy.Finally,we compare and analyze the drug inventory inspection indexes before and after the improvement,analyze the suggestions and countermeasures for the areas that still need to be improved,and propose supporting measures to rationalize and improve the overall drug inventory management business process in D hospital.The paper concludes with an evaluation of the improvement plan.At the end of the article,the effectiveness of the improvement program is evaluated.Compared with the past data,the solution effectively improved its drug inventory capital consumption,number of drug shortages,and turnover days.Therefore,the improvement program was implemented well in Hospital D.The improvement plan based on the different problems of drug inventory has practical implications and can be a reference for similar companies in China in similar situations. |
