Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the medical and health undertakings in Xinjiang have made great achievements.In China’s sparsely populated areas of Xinjiang,people in agricultural and pastoral areas are widely distributed,the spectrum of diseases is complex,endemic diseases are prominent,and it is difficult for ordinary people to seek medical treatment.Under all kinds of difficulties,medical and health services can still maintain a relatively rapid development,can not be separated from the support of the state capital policy,can not leave the support of medical workers from all over the country,can not do without the strength of Xinjiang medical and health personnel.Among the three existing institutions of higher learning,Xinjiang Medical University,together with six affiliated hospitals,is the teaching center,scientific research center and service center of Xinjiang medicine.It plays an important role in the medical and health service system in Xinjiang.As the longest-established medical university in Xinjiang,since 1956,nearly 80,000 medical and health personnel have been exported to Xinjiang society,and 90% of the medical and health personnel trained have taken root in Xinjiang and served Xinjiang.In particular,minority health care personnel have made outstanding contributions to the development of grass-roots medical care in the agricultural and pastoral areas of the three prefectures in southern Xinjiang.The first part of this paper explains the reasons and angles of the topic,and combs the general situation of the relevant papers on talent training in Xinjiang.The second part discusses the source and survival status of medical personnel in Xinjiang from the founding of China to the 21 st century,and puts forward the problems of uneven distribution and insufficient development of medical and health personnel in Xinjiang.The third part combs the development track of the two existing medical colleges and universities in Xinjiang and the training of medical personnel.The fourth part takes Xinjiang Medical University as an example,through a case analysis of the reform and innovation made by colleges and universities in the training of medical talents,puts forward a solution to the problem of shortage of medical talents in agricultural and pastoral areas.The purpose of this paper is to explain the important guiding role of deepening reform in institutions of higher learning for the cultivation of medical talents.The improvement of medical personnel team is directly related to the realization of Xinjiangs precise poverty alleviation,the Silk Road economic belt and the strategy of healthy China. |
