Public hospitals play an important role in China’s medical service system,it is one of five elements in the new health care system reform,is the hardest to break through,and the development of the hospital depends on people,the first resource of the medical personnel as a key,is the main power in the hospital to keep pace with The Times,can provide a powerful competitive advantage,plays an important role in reform of public hospitals.Therefore,how to ensure their legitimate rights and interests and enthusiasm is the first bottleneck to be broken through in the current reform of public hospitals.Public hospitals improve the quality of medical service,promote the comprehensive reform depth development needs to be made as a reference index of medical staff satisfaction,only deal with relationship with the government,and actively to the modern management system,personnel system,incentive mechanism and so on to explore and reform,and attaches importance to the demand of the medical staff,improve their satisfaction,only in this way can they maintain emotional comfort and stability,inspire passion for struggle,and be full of positive energy at work,so that they can more consciously shoulder the mission and responsibility,and realize the efficient operation and long-term development of the hospital.In the context of the new health care reform,this paper studies the practice and management status of T County People’s Hospital of Hebei Province,one of the pilot comprehensive reform of county-level public hospitals,since the new medical reform.The satisfaction of medical staff was collected and analyzed by questionnaire survey.Among them,medical staff have low satisfaction in work intensity,job promotion,especially salary and welfare.In the process of medical reform,the government’s subjective consciousness is not strong,the autonomy of hospital personnel is limited,the performance distribution is not fair and competitive,and the medical staff’s heavy labor load are the important factors that hinder the improvement of medical staff satisfaction.Therefore,we must clear the main responsibility of the government in the new health care reform,we will continue to improve the performance of the distribution system,accelerate the construction of hospital collectivization county new pattern of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and indirectly reduce the work intensity of the county hospital medical personnel and burden,so as to inspire the staff’s work motivation and sense of responsibility,increase their feeling,enhance professional happiness and sense of belonging,in order to improve the overall satisfaction of T County People’s Hospital.Therefore,it is indispensable to clarify the main responsibility of the government in the new medical reform and continue to improve the performance distribution system,accelerate the development of hospital groups and establish a new pattern of graded medical treatment at county level,indirectly reduce the work intensity and burden of medical staff at county level hospitals.In this way,the overall satisfaction of T County People’s Hospital can only be improved by stimulating the work motivation and sense of responsibility of medical staff,increasing their sense of gain,improving their sense of career happiness and belonging.
