| Objective:Observing the short-term and long-term efficacy of Huoxue Plaster in the treatment of lumbar myofascial pain syndrome by the way of orientation osmotherapy of TCM.It provides a safer and more effective method for the treatment of lumbar myofascial pain syndrome.Methods:62 patients were selected strictly according to the inclusion criteria,the patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the method of random order,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with futalin ointment(the main component of diclofenac sodium):Measure the product according to the number and size of MTr P,then gently rub the ointment on the affected part with your fingers.The range is 6 * 7cm with MTr P as the center.So that the drug can be evenly distributed on the skin.Use ointment 2times a day,usually about 5 ～ 10 g each time.In the treatment group,Huoxue Plaster was used to treat the following diseases:Scrape and apply proper amount of Huoxue Plaster evenly on the electrodes(size 6 * 7)of the traditional Chinese medicine orientation osmotherapy instrument for standby use.Each electrode tablet contains Huoxue ointment 3 ～ 4g.Then apply the electrode containing huoxue Plaster to the MTr P site.Two to four electrodes were used each time according to the number and size of MTr P.The continuous treatment time of traditional Chinese medicine orientation osmotherapy instrument was 30 min.The intensity of pulse electricity is 30,and the temperature should be tolerated by the patient,twice a day.Both groups received 10 days of treatment for one course of treatment.Before and after treatment and three months after the end of one course of treatment,the patients were given VAS score for pain degree and RMDQ scale for function.The curative effect standard of this disease is formulated according to the standard of diagnosis and curative effect of TCM diseases and syndromes and the characteristics of MTr P of this disease.After treatment,the curative effect is evaluated with this standard,and the curative effect of the two groups of patients after treatment is statistically analyzed.All test data were processed by software SPSS20.0.Results:Patients in the two groups were compared at baseline in terms of gender,age,course of disease,VAS score and RMDQ score before treatment,comparison between the two way is not obvious difference(P >0.05).After treatment,VAS score and RMDQ score of the treatment group were compared with that of the control group by independent sample t test.There were significant differences in the above observation indicators after treatment and 3 months after follow-up(P < 0.05).As for the evaluation of the overall efficacy of the two groups,among the 31 patients in the treatment group,4(12.90%)were cured,12(38.71%)were effective,10(32.26%)were effective,and 5(16.13%)were ineffective,with the total clinical effective rate reaching 83.87%.Among the 31 patients in the control group,1 was cured(3.23%),4 were significantly effective(12.90%),16 were effective(51.61%),and 10 were ineffective(32.26%).The total clinical effective rate was 67.74%.The rank-sum test was used to compare the data of the two groups after treatment,z =-2.73,p=0.00 < 0.05,indicating a significant difference,also indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Both the treatment of Huoxue Plaster through theorientation osmotherapy of traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment of Futalin ointment can alleviate the symptoms of lumbar myofascial pain syndrome.And the long-term effect of this treatment is more superior. |
