| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of knife needle intervention on myofascial trigger point(MTr P)of superior trapezius in the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome(MPS).Objective to provide a new treatment idea for patients with neck shoulder myofascial pain syndrome.Method:A total of 72 MPS patients were included in this study. They were randomly divided into filiform acupuncture control group(n=36)and blade acupuncture treatment group(n=36).They were intervened in four pain points of superior trapezius muscle(left MTr P3,left MTr P5,right MTr P3and right MTr P5)to treat patients with neck shoulder MPS.The patients were treated once every three days, seven times a course of treatment. After one course of treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the clinical efficacy evaluation standard. The visual analogue scale(VAS)score, extreme pain value at pain point, cervical mobility,Mc Gill pain scale and cervical rehabilitation function evaluation scale were used as the observation indexes.Results:1.VAS score analysisThe VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).In terms of immediate efficacy, the improvement of VAS score in the blade acupuncture group was significantly better than that in the dry acupuncture group(P<0.01);In the whole course of treatment, the improvement of VAS score in the blade acupuncture group was significantly better than that in the dry acupuncture group(P<0.05).2.Analysis of pain tolerance at pain pointsIn terms of immediate curative effect, the increase degree of extreme difference of pain value in the edge acupuncture group was significantly better than that in the dry acupuncture group(P<0.01).In the blade needle group, the range of pain at each pain point was significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01);In the dry acupuncture group, except for the extreme difference of pain value after the first treatment of right MTr P5,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After the whole course of treatment, the pain range of MTr P3on the left side in the edge acupuncture group was significantly larger than that in the dry acupuncture group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the pain range of other pain points(P>0.05).At each pain point, the difference of pain value between the two groups was significantly increased(P<0.01).3.Analysis of cervical motionIn terms of immediate curative effect, the improvement of cervical mobility in the blade needle group was significantly better than that in the dry needle group(P<0.01).The cervical mobility in the blade needle group was significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and that in the dry needle group was significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).After the whole course of treatment, there was no significant difference in the improvement of cervical mobility between the blade acupuncture group and the dry acupuncture group(P>0.05).4.Mc Gill Pain Scale score analysisIn terms of immediate efficacy, the reduction of Mc Gill Pain Scale score in the blade acupuncture group was significantly better than that in the dry acupuncture group(P<0.01),and the Mc Gill Pain Scale score in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).After the whole course of treatment, there was no significant difference in the decrease of Mc Gill Pain Scale score between the blade acupuncture group and the dry acupuncture group(P>0.05),and the Mc Gill Pain Scale scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).5.Evaluation and analysis of clinical efficacyThe total effective rate of the group of blade acupuncture was 75.8%,the total effective rate of dry acupuncture group was 35.3%,and the immediate clinical effect of the group was significantly better than that of the dry acupuncture group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups was 90.9%,the total effective rate of dry acupuncture group was 88.2%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).6.Analysis of treatment times and days in the whole course of treatmentAfter the end of the course of treatment, the average treatment time of the blade needle group was 5.45 times and the average treatment time was 16.35 days;the average treatment time of the dry needle group was 6.29 times and the average treatment time was 18.87 days;the average treatment time of the blade needle group was 0.84 times and the average treatment time was 2.52 days less than that of the dry needle group.Conclusion:1.Both knife needle and dry needle can alleviate the pain of patients. In terms of immediate curative effect, blade acupuncture is superior to dry acupuncture in relieving pain, improving pain tolerance, improving cervical vertebra mobility and evaluating clinical curative effect. In the whole course of treatment, the total effective rate of blade needle in relieving pain and clinical efficacy evaluation was slightly better than that of dry needle, and there was no significant difference in improving pain tolerance and cervical mobility of patients.2.At the end of the whole course of treatment, the number of times of treatment and the number of days of treatment in the blade acupuncture group were lower than those in the dry acupuncture group. |
