Objective:Infrared observation floating needle sweep away method that therapeutic apparatus to treat lumbar back myofascial pain syndrome is effective and safety.Methods:A total of 72 patients are planned to be enrolled.By setting 36 patients as the control group,the therapeutic effect of the floating needle sweeping method combined with infrared light therapy instrument therapy and the current common clinical treatment methods are judged,and the actual curative effect and clinical effect of this method are judged.Advantage.In the treatment group,patients were given floating needle therapy to sweep the pain points and infrared light therapy equipment.In the control group,patients were given traditional acupuncture method combined with infrared light therapy device at relevant acupoints.This study intends to collect data at three time points.First,perform data collection in the baseline period,and then perform follow-up treatment based on this,and then collect mid-treatment data after 1course of treatment,and complete the collection after 2 courses of treatment The data of the entire treatment process,respectively,the Mc Gill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)score [total pain rating index(PRI),visual analog rating(VAS),existing pain intensity(PPI)score],Roland-Morris Observe the dysfunction questionnaire(RMDQ)score and evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Result:1.This trial finally included 33 cases in the treatment group(3 cases dropped off)and 34 cases in the control group(2 cases dropped off)in the statistical analysis.The experiment progressed smoothly and no adverse reactions occurred.After the treatment,6 patients in the treatment group recovered clinically,13 patients achieved remarkable curative effects,and 33 patients who completed the entire treatment process,29 patients achieved definite curative effects,with an effective rate of 87.9%;the control group had 2patients recovered clinically,6 patients had significant curative effect,and 24 patients of 34 patients who completed the entire treatment process achieved definite curative effect,and the effective rate was 70.6%,which was significantly less than that of the treatment group.3.Mc Gill Pain quantification score: the PRI scores of the two groups were(14.33 ± 2.665),(9.67 ± 3.007),(6.21 ± 4.498)and(13.41 ±3.105),(11.38 ± 3.349)and(8.88 ± 4.382)respectively,and the VAS scores were(6.03 ± 1.237),(4.06 ± 1.298)(2.79 ± 1.799)and(5.68 ±1.342),(4.91 ± 1.379)respectively)The scores of PPI were(3.94 ±1.808),PPI were(3.09 ± 0.522),(2.12 ± 0.740)(1.64 ± 0.994)and(3.00 ± 0.603),(2.56 ± 0.705)(2.21 ± 0.914),SF-MPQ were(23.45 ±4.345),(15.85 ± 4.744)(10.64 ± 7.215)and(22.09 ± 4.845),(18.85 ±5.004)(15.03 ± 7.013)The results of the two groups were compared,P <0.05,which can be used as evidence-based medicine.4.Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire(rmdq): the rmdq scores of the two groups before treatment,1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment were(12.21 ± 2.583),(7.58 ± 2.574),(4.64 ± 3.587)and(11.85 ± 2.966),(10.21 ± 2.983),(7.35 ± 4.170),respectively,P < 0.05,which can be used as evidence-based Medical evidence.5.During the follow-up,it was found that 2 patients in the treatment group had relapses,and 6 patients in the control group had relapses.Conclusion:1.Floating needle sweeping method combined with infrared light therapy instrument therapy can effectively treat back muscle myofascial pain syndrome.2.The effect of treatment group is better than the control group.3.Clinically,the floating needle sweeping method combined with infrared light therapy instrument can be used to treat low back myofascial pain syndrome effectively,safely and simply,and this method can be popularized. |
