Discussion On The Inheritance And Innovation Of Liu Qiquan’s Experience In Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based On Data Mining

Objective: To summarize and analyze Professor Liu Qiquan’s inheritance and innovation in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with the help of the "Traditional Chinese Medicine System" software.Methods: Collecting CAG patients treated by Professor Liu Qiquan and Professor Wang Zhikun from October 2016 to January 2019 in Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,each selected 200first-time prescriptions,Using the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Support System" software for data mining,Analysis of two Professor Professor’s clinical ideas,prescriptions and medication characteristics,Explore Professor Liu Qiquan’s inheritance and innovation in the treatment of CAG experience.Result:1.Liu Qiquan treatment of CAG data mining resultsAccording to the statistics of “four gases”,the proportion of warm drugs and cold drugs was 43.82% and 36.58%;According to the statistics of “five flavors”,bitterness and pungent drugs accounted for a large proportion,which were 36.08% and 30.95%;"Return to the classics" statistics,the frequency of drug use in the spleen,liver and stomach was the highest,respectively 2890,2664,2591;Among the drugs with frequency more than 40 times,27.02% of qi drugs,18.92% of heat-clearing drugs,8.11% of blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs and 37.84% of other drugs;According to the analysis of association rules,there are 12 pairs of drugs with a confidence level of 1,and14 kinds of core drugs are extracted;Based on the correlation analysis,17 pairs of drugs with a coefficient greater than 0.023 were obtained,and 5 new prescriptions were obtained by clustering.2.Wang Zhikun treatment CAG data mining resultsFrom the "four gas" statistics,the application ratio of warm drugs and cold drugs is the largest,respectively 41.34%,37.35%;According to the statistics of “five flavors”,the proportion of bitter and pungent drugs was34.93% and 28.43%,respectively;According to the statistics of "return to the classics",the frequency of drugs entering the spleen,stomach and liver was the highest,2366,2222,1991;Among the drugs with frequency more than 30 times,24.39% of qi drugs,17.07% of heat-clearing drugs,9.75% of blood stasis drugs,7.31% of qi drugs,and other 41.48%;According to the analysis of association rules,there are 12 pairs of drugs with a confidence level of 1,and14 kinds of core drugs are extracted;On the basis of correlation analysis,20 drug pairs with correlation coefficient above 0.040 were obtained,and 7 new prescriptions were obtained by clustering operation.Conclusion: Professor Liu Qiquan and Professor Wang Zhikun both believe that qi stagnation,heat toxicity and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis of CAG,"Hot toxic blood stasis" is the key to the development and evolution of pathogenesis,Taking "regulating qi and stomach,detoxifying and activating blood" as the basic rule,The clinical evidence of the five internal organs,the liver and spleen are heavy,the cold temperature is used together,the bitter drop is scattered,and the medicine is used.Professor Wang has innovated on the basis of inheriting the above experience,during the treatment of CAG,it is emphasized that the spleen and stomach should be taken care of,The overall disposition of the drug MSG,the amount is small.
