Objective:The classic prescription Banxia Xiexin Decoction of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" is a representative prescription for the treatment of the syndrome of cold and heat in the middle Jiao,which has a wide range of clinical applications and excellent curative effect.This research uses it to study the theory of prescriptions and syndromes,and intends to use modern data mining statistical techniques and methods.Based on the clinical records of Banxia Xiexin Decoction,a physician in the Qing Dynasty,to explore the characteristics of the prescriptions and syndromes of this prescription,in order to provide theoretical knowledge for the clinic.And application ideas.Contents and Methods:The full text is divided into four chapters.Literature review:Document the modern clinical application and experimental research of Banxia Xiexin Decoction,write a literature review,and understand the modern research progress of this prescription.Chapter One examines the origin of Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Based on the content of the original text,prescription composition and decoction method described in different editions of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber",a comparative analysis is made.The second chapter studies the prescription theory of Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Including the etiology and pathogenesis,symptom analysis,disease location indications for the use of Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Through cluster analysis,the syndrome of Banxia Xiexin Decoction must use Pinellia and Coptis,and the vomiting must use Pinellia;the syndrome of Banxia Xiexin Decoction is closely related to the selection of Pinellia and Coptis;Ginseng,Citrus aurantium,Citrus aurantium,Dried ginger,pinellia and coptis may be commonly used addition and subtraction prescriptions for Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Conclusion:In this study,research on the origin of Banxia Xiexin Decoction and the theory of prescriptions and syndromes,and through statistical analysis of medical records based on the clinical literature of the Qing Dynasty,expand the relevant issues of Banxia Xiexin Decoction,supplement and perfect the Banxia Xiexin Decoction Proof of research content.It provides reference for modern traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,as well as guidance and enlightenment for clinical use.
