This paper is realated to diabetes theory development in Qing Dynasty,collating the main treatment and statistical analysis, to be benefit for TCMclinical treatment.Research objective: to collect the main related literature in the QingDynasty, analysy pathogenesis of diabetes and statistical analysis on medicalcases.Methods: screening nine medical literature in Qing Dynasty, concludingand collating the related diabetes of etiology, pathogenesis, disease treatment,evil is relations and in-depth. And the medical literature contained in the ninebasis and diabetes in the Qing Dynasty in the Chinese medical treatment in thebasis of statistics analysis, elucidating the frequency distribution ofdifferent treatment, exploring the diabetes treatment application.Research results:1. Reducing method of statistical analysis(1) the etiology and pathogenesis: Yin scorching is the basic pathogenesis ofdiabetes,and generally paying attention to kidney Yin deficiency.(2) disease location: mainly in kidney, lung, stomach, kidney is fundamental.(3) disease analysis:root deficiency and branch excess, kidney deficiency isroot,dryness heat is branch.2. Diabetes is caused by viscera dieases involving to kidney.And lung,spleen,stomach,liver are mostly related with kidney.3. The kidney method is the fist method.The common treatment include nourishing kidney yin method, nourishing kidney yang method,tonic kidney Qi method,warming spleen kidney and method，method of nourishing liver and kidney, method of nourishing lung and kidney.
