The Clinical Research Of The Efficacy Of Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang Treating Early Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection

Objective: To summarize the efficacy of Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang treating early Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection (wind-heat Fanfei syndrome) patients.Methods: Shandong Medical University Second Affiliated Hospital from November 2010 to March 2011 study of children admitted to the hospital. Will meet the inclusion criteria of the early cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection (wind and heat off the lung) were divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group received Azithromycin + Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang treatment,control group received Azithromycin. 1 week of treatment were observed in children with the disease changes. Cases with complete data for statistics, the statistical data with SPSS16.0 statistics of each group mean, standard deviation, the Mann-Whitney U test, P <0.05 as statistically significant difference between the two groups.Results: 80 patients hospitalized early mycoplasma infection (wind and heat off the lung) in children, the average time the treatment group children with moderate and severe cough disappeared was3.275±0.68 days, the control group was 4.575±1.01days;the treatment group and the control group was significantly (P = 0.00 <0.01). Treatment group, the duration of fever in children with a mean of 2.800±0.56 days; the average time of the control group: 4.075±0.62 days; treatment group and control group was significantly (P = 0.00 <0.01).Before treatment the mean of CRP was slightly higher than the normal children, and no significant difference between the two groups (P = 0.747> 0.05); afte5 days'treatment , two groups of patients the mean CRP decreased in both groups, There was no difference between the values (P = 0.130 >0.05). Before treatment the mean Xuecheng sedimentation rate higher than normal, the difference was not significant (P = 0.721> 0.05). After 5 days'treatment, the mean of two groups was lower than before treatment, no significant difference between the two groups (P = 0.159 >0.05). Before treatment, the 80 patients were positive for mycoplasma pneumonia quickly, after 5 days treatment of the two groups cultures were negative for Mycoplasma pneumoniae.Conclusion: Integrative Medicine (Azithromycin + Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang) in the treatment of early Mycoplasma pneumoniae (wind and heat off the lung) infection in childrensignificantly better than simple western (Azithromycin) therapy. Ma xing shi gan Tang treaing Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection (wind-heat off the lung) has a significant effect.
