Self-designed Qingfei Huatan Decoction In Treatment Of The Chronic Cough Of Children With Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection And The Sydrome Phlegm-heat Accumulated In The Lung

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-designed Qingfei Huatan Decoction to cure the chronic cough of children with infection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae and diagnosed the syndrome of phlegm-heat accumulated in the lungMethod:60 cases of children with chronic cough that were diagnosed with infection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae and the syndrome of phlegm-heat accumulated in the lung were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group including 30 cases.Control group cases were given oral Azithromycin,treatment group cases were given self-designed Qingfei Huatan Decoction and oral Azithromycin,2weeks for efficacy evaluation.It was compared between the two groups before and after treatment in main symptom scores,second symptom scores,total symptom scores and the total effective rate,and analyzed whether the difference was statistically significant.Result:According to Chi-square test,P>0.05,the difference between two groups before treatment,was not statistically significant in gender,tongue texture,tongue coating,and pulse,and the two groups were comparable.According to Rank sun test test,P>0.05,the difference between two groups before treatment was not statistically significant in age,cough,expectoration,phlegm nature,times of flushed face and red lip when coughing,and pharyngeal hyperaemia,and the two groups were comparable.According to 2-Independent-Samples T Test,P>0.05,the difference between two groups before treatment was not statistically significant in main symptom scores,second symptom scores,total symptom scores,and the two groups were comparable.(1)Symptom scores:According to 2-Independent-Samples T Test,P<0.05,the difference between two groups after treatment was statistically significant in main symptom scores.According to 2-Independent-Samples T Test,P<0.05,the difference between two groups after treatment was statistically significant in second symptom scores.According to paired-sample T test,P<0.05,the difference in control group before and after treatment was statistically significant in main symptom scores,second symptom scores and total symptom scores.According topaired-sample T test,P<0.05,the difference in treatment group before and after treatment was statistically significant in main symptom scores,second symptom scores and total symptom scores.According to 2-Independent-Samples T Test P<0.05,the difference between two groups after treatment was statistically significant in total symptom scores.(2)The total effective rate:Control group include 30 cases,3 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 70.0% by counting;treatment group include 30 cases,7 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.3% by counting.According to Rank sun test,P<0.05,the difference between two groups was statistically significant in the total effective rate,showing that treatment group was better than control group in curative effect.Conclusion:Self-designed Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with oral Azithromycin has the exact clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic cough in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and the syndrome of phlegm-heat accumulated in the lung,and Self-designed Qingfei Huatan Decoction is worthy of clinical application.
