Data Mining Of Professor Qiu Lianqun’s Medicine Pattern And Related Literature In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objectives1.To explore the current characteristics of Chinese medicine used by domestic physicians in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and learn from the diagnostic and therapeutic prescriptions with significant efficacy.2.To explore the rules of medicine used by Professor Qiu Lianqun in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and to summarize academic thoughts.Methods1.Collect the literature about rheumatoid arthritis published in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases from January 2018 to January 2021.With the help of vosviewer,WPS Office Excel 2019,SPSS modeler 14.1 and SPSS Statistics 21 software was used for visualization analysis,frequency statistics and association rule analysis of the collected prescription composition,efficacy,flavor and meridian tropism,and system cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs.2.Collect Professor Qiu Lianqun’s traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis from January 2018 to February 2021,and use vosviewer,WPS Office Excel 2019,SPSS modeler 14.1 and SPSS statistics 21 software to conduct visual analysis,frequency statistics and association rules analysis on prescription drugs,efficacy,flavor and meridian tropism,conduct systematic cluster Analysis on high-frequency drugs,and mine the drug-syndrome relationship.Results1.437 literatures were included and 486 prescriptions including 335 drugs were collected.High frequency drugs include Bai Shao,Gan Cao,Dang gui,Gui Zhi,etc.,etc.The overall medication situation was visualized,and the combination frequency analysis and combination rule analysis of 2～4 drugs were carried out respectively to summarize the basic ideas and medication rules of contemporary doctors in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis;and the system cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs was carried out to obtain 4 clusters and excavate two new prescriptions.2.157 prescriptions were collected from 79 patients,including 131 kinds of drugs,including seven syndrome types:wind cold dampness,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,liver and kidney deficiency,dampness heat obstructing collaterals,qi stagnation and blood stasis,liver and kidney yin deficiency and kidney deficiency and cold coagulation.High frequency drugs include Gan cao,Gui zhi,Jiang huang and Bai zhu,etc.The overall medication situation was visualized,the combination frequency analysis and combination rule analysis of 2～4 drugs were carried out,the association rule analysis of drug syndrome relationship was carried out,and the unique medication experience of Professor Qiu Lianqun in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis was summarized;the system cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs was carried out,and three new prescriptions were mined.ConclusionIn recent years,the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by domestic doctors is mainly based on tonifying deficiency and strengthening the body,expelling wind and removing dampness,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals.Guishao Zhimu Decoction or Duhuo Jisheng decoction is the main prescription.On this basis,Professor Qiu Lianqun is good at using drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.He pays attention to the use of warm drugs and drugs for entering the kidney channel.The most commonly used prescription is Guizhi Fuzi decoction,which is flexibly combined with Lingnan local characteristic drugs such as niudali and wuzhimaotao.In the treatment idea,he pays attention to tonifying kidney and strengthening bone,warming cold and dampness,and the use of drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis runs through the whole process.
