The Empirical Research On The Cases Of Professor Jin Shi Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis Based On Data Mining

Objective:To summarize the Professor Jin Shi's clinical experience and academic idea in diagnosing and treating rheumatoid arthritis,in order to better guide the clinical practice and further improve the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis on the basis of his clinical practice and data mining technology.So that the clinical experience can heritage better.Method:All the clinical cases of rheumatoid arthritis which were diagnosed and treated by Professor Jin Shi during October 2016 to September 2018 have been recorded into database.According to include and exclude criteria,clinical cases were picked up and to establish medical record database,the use of frequency analysis,association rules and cluster analysis focus on mining law between the medical record symptoms,pathogenesis,herbs,combined with the Professor Jin Shi's clinical experience of mining results analyzed,summarized,summary.Results:Among 158 clinical times,50 cases(112 clinical times)were female and 21 cases(46 clinical times)were male.According to frequency analysis results,main symptoms frequency appear higher with joint pain,joint swelling,morning stiffness,joint stiffness deformation,local burning heat,and poor joint activity,in which of respectively 93.67%,26.58%,25.32%,14.56%,13.92%,12.66%.Pathogenesis mainly involving:coldheat complex,wind-dampness obstruction,phlegm-stasis accumulation,meridian heat storage,cold accumulating in meridian,in which of respectively 56.96%,47.47%,46.20%,21.52%,17.72%,wind-dampness obstruction and meridian heat storage,cold accumulating in meridian were often occur at the same time.A wide range of drugs were used in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,in a total of 137 traditional Chinese medicine,the main high-frequency herbs are:licorice,the root of fangfeng,Angelica dahurica,centipede,radix clematidis,in which of respectively 100.00%,94.30%,93.67%?91.14%?90.51%.Conclusions:Wind,cold,dampness,heat,phlegm,blood stasis,deficiency are the pathogenic factors of rheumatoid arthritis,and the common pathogenesis were cold-heat dislocation,wind-dampness obstruction,phlegm-stasis accumulation,meridian heat storage,cold accumulating in meridian.Deficiency of qi-blood is relatively rare,wind-dampness obstruction and meridian heat storage,cold accumulating in meridian were often occur at the same time,clinical syndrome can be summarized as wind-cold-dampness syndrome,rheumatic-damp-heat syndrome,cold-heat complicated syndrome,syndrome of lingering pathogen due to deficient vital qi,wind-dampness phlegm-stasis syndrome.Basic treatment:Expelling pathogenic wind from the body surface and eliminating dampness and dredging channels.Medication to drugs for relieving exterior syndrome(dispelling wind-cold medicine),medicine for rheumatism,heat-clearing drug,hemostatic and blood circulation drugs,tonifying blood drug,tonifying qi medicine,dehumidifying medicine based Professor Jin Shi drug characteristics in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis:using more light and milder drugs in property,selecting drugs by disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation neatly.
