The Research Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature Review And Peng Jiangyun's Medication Law In Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis Based On Data Mining

Objectives:1.exploring the characteristics of modern doctors' prescriptions for treating rheumatoid arthritis with Chinese medicine and Summarize the law of medication.2.exploring the characteristics of Professor Peng Jiangyun's prescription for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and to summarize the rules of medication.Methods:1.Collecting the literatures of Chinese medicine treatment RA published on CNKI,Wangfang and VIP database from 2015 to 2019.Use Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5 and Microsoft Excel 2016 to analyze frequency,category,four properties,five tastes,channel tropism,combination of medications and new prescriptions.2.Collecting Peng Jiangyun's cases and prescriptions of Chinese medicine for RA in 2018-2019.Use Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5 and Microsoft Excel 2016 to analyze frequency,category,four properties,five tastes,channel tropism,combination of medications and new prescriptionsResults:1.A total of 230 articles for the treatment of RA were collected,including 262 prescriptions and 231 kinds of drugs.The most frequently occurring medicines in the literature were angelica,radix paeoniae alba,licorice,cassia twig,radix Saposhnikoviae,astragalus,radix angelicae Pubescentis,ligusticum wallichii,caulis spatholipis,caulis sinomenii.The main category of efficacy of the drugs in the literature are tonic medicine,anti-rheumatism medicine,Activating blood and removing stasis medicine;The four properties of drugs were mainly warm,mild and cold.The five tastes of drugs were mainly: pungent,Sweet,and Bitter.The channel tropism of the drugs were mainly liver,spleen and kidney.There were 31 commonly used medicine combinations,46 potential core medicine combinations and 23 new prescriptions.2.Collecting 110 cases of Professor Peng Jiangyun's treatment of RA,include 110 prescriptions and 96 kinds of drugs.The high-frequency drugs were liquorice,cassia twig,coix seed,notopterygium root,radix angelicae pubescentis,radix paeoniae alba,ligusticum wallichii,Asarum,Tuckahoe,white atractylodes rhizome;commonly used efficacy categories: tonic medicine,antipyretics,rheumatism drugs,Activating blood and removing stasis medicine;the four properties of drugs were mainly warm,mild and slightly warm;the five tastes of the drugs were mainly pungent,Sweet and Bitter;the channel tropism of drugs were mainly spleen,liver,lung and kidney.There were 352 commonly used medicine combinations,10 potential core medicine combinations and 5 new prescriptionsConclusions:1.Angelica sinensis,angelica,radix paeoniae alba,licorice,cassia twig,radix Saposhnikoviae,astragalus,radix angelicae Pubescentis,ligusticum wallichii,caulis spatholipis,caulis sinomenii,etc.are the main drugs appeared in the prescription.The main treatment for rheumatoid arthritis are strengthening body resistance to eliminate evil,dispelling wind and dampness,activating blood and removing stasis.2.In the prescription of Professor Peng Jiangyun commonly used liquorice,cassia twig,coix seed,notopterygium root,radix angelicae pubescentis,radix paeoniae alba,ligusticum wallichii,Asarum,Tuckahoe,white atractylodes rhizome,etc.The main treatment for rheumatoid arthritis are strengthening body resistance to eliminate evil,dispelling wind and dampness,activating blood and removing stasis,warming yang qi to through meridian.3.Professor Peng Jiangyun and doctors in the literature all treat rheumatoid arthritis with strengthening body resistance to eliminate evil,dispelling wind and dampness,activating blood and removing stasis.However,Professor Peng Jiangyun integrated the treatment of warming yang qi to through meridian on the basis of these treatments.
