Based On Data Mining, To Explore The Academic Experience Of Professor Fan Fuyuan In Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:This paper analyzes and summarizes Professor Fan Fuyuan’s experience in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by using data mining through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system,discusses the medication rules of the tutor,and expounds the tutor’s views on the etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis and the treatment principles and methods advocated.Methods:The medical records of rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed and treated by tutors were collected and sorted out.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,a total of 48 medical records were included,389 times of diagnosis and treatment.The pre-treatment of medical records that meet the standards was recorded into the software "the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5)",the medical record database was established,the data mining was carried out by using the software,and the discussion was carried out according to the analysis results.Results:45 women and 3 men were included in the medical records,with the largest number of patients aged 46-55.All the medical records involved 83 symptoms,tongue coating and pulse,and 111 traditional Chinese medicines.Tutor commonly used traditional Chinese medicines to warm,flat for more,five bitter,sweet,pungent based,mostly belong to meridian of the liver,spleen,kidney.Through the analysis of medication rules,60 rules were obtained.A total of 5775 pair coefficients were obtained by association rule mining.Eight core traditional Chinese medicines combinations were extracted by the entropy cluster method.Four new prescriptions were developed by unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.Conclusion:According to the tutor,the etiology of rheumatoid arthritis includes internal and external causes.The external causes are mainly cold and dampness.The internal causes are deficiency of liver and kidney,weakness of qi and blood,and the disease is mainly located in the three organs of the liver,spleen and kidney.In the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,we should pay attention to strengthening healthy qi and dispelling pathogenic factors.The tutor abides bythe law and is flexible.The new prescriptions obtained by using unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering methods have different emphases.They are invisible experience,innovative discovery and expansion.
