| ObjectiveConstructing an evaluation index system for the core competence of breast cancer case managers in line with my country’s national conditions,and providing a scientific and effective evaluation tool for the assessment of the core competence of breast cancer case managers,with a view to improving the quality of case management.MethodsThis research first uses the literature analysis method and the expert meeting method to draw up the core competence item pool of breast cancer case managers.On this basis,through in-depth interviews with breast cancer case managers,combined with the results of the interviews,the content obtained through the previous literature research and expert meetings Carry out verification and supplementation,and initially form the core competence evaluation index system of breast cancer case managers.The content of the system was determined through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation method,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of indicators at all levels to form the final evaluation index system for the core competence of breast cancer case managers.Results1.Through in-depth interviews with 9 breast cancer case managers,combined with previous literature research and expert meeting results,a core competence evaluation index system for breast cancer case managers was formed,including 6 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,and 69 Three-level indicators.2.A total of 18 breast cancer experts participated in two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,and the return rate and effective rate of the two rounds of questionnaires were 100%.Expert familiarity,judgment coefficient,and authority coefficient are 0.84,0.92,and 0.88 respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficient of the first-level index,the secong-level index,and the third-level index are 0.104(P<0.1),0.241(P<0.01),0.195(P<0.01)The core competence evaluation index system of breast cancer case managers was finally determined,including 6 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators,and 62 third-level indicators.3.The analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the weights of indicators at all levels.The weights of the first-level indicators are theoretical knowledge(0.1724),communication and coordination ability(0.1686),humanistic literacy(0.1686),management and supervision(0.1648),Professional development ability(0.1628),critical thinking(0.1628);the original weights of the secondary indicators in descending order are humanistic care ability(0.5028),supervision ability(0.5028),communication ability(0.5000),organization and coordination ability(0.5000),Management ability(0.4972),professional quality(0.4972),learning ability(0.3480),education consulting ability(0.3400),scientific research ability(0.3120),evaluation ability(0.2679),specialty clinical knowledge(0.2557),specialty nursing knowledge(0.2557)),case management knowledge(0.2557),reflection ability(0.2530),decision-making ability(0.2440),foresight ability(0.2351),and other related knowledge of specialties(0.2330).ConclusionThrough literature research,expert meetings,qualitative interviews and Delphi expert consultation methods,this study determined the core competence evaluation index system of breast cancer case managers,including 6 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators,and 62 third-level indicators,And applied the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator.This indicator system has good credibility and provides a basis for the training of breast cancer case managers and the evaluation of core competence. |
