A Preliminary Study On The Index System Of The Core Competence For Hospital Infection Management Professionals

Objective:In this study,we constructed a core competency evaluation index system for hospital infection management professionals in our country.The objective of this study was to evaluate the core competence of infection management professionals and provide an objective basis for the training,evaluation,appointment and evaluation of hospital infection management professionals.Reference standard,but also for school students and to participate in the work of the hospital infection management professionals to provide training programs.Methods:1.Applying the method of literature research and semi-structured interview to draft the evaluation index of core competence of hospital infection management professionals.2.The experts' opinions and results were sorted out,statistically analyzed and analyzed by using Delphi and SPSS17.0 software to define the definition and evaluation index of core competence of hospital infection management specialists.And the weights of each index are determined by AHP.3.According to the construction of the core competence evaluation index system,the questionnaire survey of the core competence of hospital infection management staff was carried out.A total of 195 infection management staffs in some hospitals in X Province were analyzed by the empirical analysis.The reliability and validity of the index system were verified.system.Results:1.The expert selection is representative,and the prediction result has high reliability and authority.Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the effective recovery rate of94.44%,100%,indicating that the experts have a higher enthusiasm for this study;experts degree of authority coefficient of 0.879;second round of expert consultation results showthat the three indicators(P <0.01),and the results of expert evaluation are consistent.2.Establishment of evaluation index of core competence of hospital infection management specialized personnel.According to the screening criteria,the importance of each index is> 3.5,the full score ratio> 0.20,the coefficient of variation <0.25,combined with expert opinion,finalize the definition of core competence of hospital infection management professionals.The index system of the core competence of hospital infection management was established and the weight value of all indexes was determined.The order of first class index was: hospital infection control ability(0.349),Hospital infection risk prediction ability(0.264),The ability of training of knowledge-controlling knowledge and skill(0.192),Ability to organize and collaborate(0.145),Professional development of the sense of control(0.050).3.SPSS17.0 software analysis showed that the Cronbach '? of the whole evaluation index was 0.969,The Cronbach 'alpha of each index is between 0.826-0.922,The Cronbach'alpha coefficient of the secondary index is between 0.743 and 0.879,The content validity index(I-CVI)of the item level was 0.85-1,the content validity index(S-CVI)of the scale level was 0.938,The correlation coefficient between the first-level index and the index system is between 0.569-0.944,and the P-value is less than 0.05.Conclusion:1.This study explores the concept of core competence of hospital infection management professionals,clarifies the work scope of full-time staff,and combines the qualitative and quantitative analysis to construct a core competence evaluation index system of infection management professionals with good scientific and reliability.Level indicators including five first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 71 three-level indicators,indicators at all levels of the weight coefficient is good.2.It is proved that the evaluation index system has good reliability and validity,which can provide a basis for the appointment,training,assessment and evaluation of the hospital infection management professionals,and promote the development of the core competence of the full-time staff.
