| Objective : To observe the curative effect of needle warming moxibustion and applying medicine on knee osteoarthritis of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type,enrich the ideas of traditional Chinese medicine in treating knee osteoarthritis,and provide references for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 66 patients with knee osteoarthritis of yang deficiency and cold coagulation were collected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,33 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with needle warming moxibustion and applying medicine,while the control group was treated with needle warming moxibustion.After 6 weeks of treatment,Lysholm knee joint rating scale and TCM syndrome scale were used as observation indexes.Results:(1)61 cases were included in the statistical analysis,including 31 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group;(2)Both the treatment group and the control group had obvious effect in improving Lysholm score and TCM syndrome of knee osteoarthritis patients of yang deficiency and cold coagulation(P < 0.01);(3)The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in terms of the total score of TCM syndrome(P < 0.01);(4)In Lysholm score,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01);(5)In terms of total effective rate,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.77%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Needle warming moxibustion and applying medicine can significantly improve patients’ knee Lysholm score and TCM clinical symptoms,achieve good clinical efficacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis caused by yang deficiency and cold coagulation,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application in high safety. |
