Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Grain Moxibustion On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Yang Deficiency And Cold Coagulation Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion on "Jingjin node" in patients with the syndrome of Yanyang deficiency and cold coagulation of knee joint.Methods: 60 patients with KOA who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group(referred to as: Wheat moxibustion group-treatment group)and control group(warm acupuncture-control group)with the ratio of 1:1 by random number table method according to the order of medical treatment.Each group had 30 patients.Observe the improvement of joint activity and pain before and after acupuncture.Through VAS score,WOMAC joint function score,statistical software spss25.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:1.After one course of treatment,the VAS pain scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,suggesting that the two groups had curative effect on relieving the pain of the knee osteoarthritis with the syndrome of Yan Yang deficiency and cold coagulation,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.After one course of treatment,the score of WOMAC in the two groups decreased,which was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 93.33% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wheat moxibustion and mild moxibustion have therapeutic effects on knee osteoarthritis of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type,and there are significant differences before and after treatment,and the improvement of each index in the wheat moxibustion group is better than that in the mild moxibustion group,indicating that the curative effect of wheat moxibustion is better than that of the mild moxibustion.
