Clinical Observation On Effect Of Tongluo Therapy Combined With Supplementing Qi And Nourishing Yin Recipe In The Treatment Of PVC With The Type Of Qi Yin Deficiency In The SCAD Patients

Objective:Through the observation and analysis of the related clinical data to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tongluo Therapy Combined with Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Recipe,and a preliminary probe into its mechanism of action,for traditional Chinese medicine with stable coronary heart disease(SCAD)qi and Yin deficiency type of ventricular premature beat the treatment of patients with clinical data accumulation.Methods: Select 70 cases included in the standard gas Yin deficiency of the stability of coronary heart disease patients with ventricular premature beat,according to the dynamic balance grouping randomly divided into observation group and control group(n = 35).Into the group,control group patients to conventional stability of secondary prevention standard treatment for coronary heart disease: aspirin enteric-coated misinform hydro chloride(Bay er)100 mg qd,atorvastatin calcium tablet(Qi lu)20mg qn,isosorbide mononitrate(Xin kang)20 mg bid,Succinic acid metoprolol zyban(Betaloc)47.5 mg qd,hypertension or diabetes patients given anti hypertension hypoglycemic treatment respectively.Observation group of patients to take Tongluo Therapy Combined with Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Recipe additionally.Taking methods: boiled water a blunt,2 times a day,1 bag each time,before supper,the early treatment of 4 weeks.Recorded before and after treatment and analysis of blood routine,liver and kidney function,ion,and 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram inspection,records in the two groups before and after the treatment of TCM syndrome integral,the total of 24 h of ventricular premature beat and related parameters of heart rate variability(HRV).Results:1.the observation group in increasing heart rate variability SDNN,SDANN,SDNNindex and improve the syndromes,and reduce the total of24 h of ventricular premature beat curative effect is better than that in control group(P < 0.05);2.two groups no severe adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion:1.Tongluo Therapy Combined with Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Recipe can in the subjective symptom of patients with significant improvement on the basis of effective to reduce the total of24 h of ventricular premature beat,improve the quality of life 2.Tongluo Therapy Combined with Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Recipe can significantly improve the stability of coronary heart disease in patients with ventricular premature beat(SDNN、SDANN and SDNNindex),suggests that recipe may be through improve the function of cardiac autonomic nervous function.
