| Objective To study the efficiency and safety of Lianxin granula for the treatment of ventricular premature in patients(pts) with coronary heart disease.Methods All pts were divided into two groups randomly:Experimental group treated by Lianxin granula and control group treated by Xinluning table.Results The significant efficiency and total efficiency by Lianxin granula on pvc was 51.5%and 87.9%,respectively.The ventricular premature following the Lianxin granula decreased significantly than that by Xinluning table,surpassing the control group(p＜0.05). The symptom integral and the symptom of the traditional Chinese medicine following the Lianxin granula decreased significantly than that by Xinluning table,surpassing the control group(p＜0.05).There were no serious side effects of liver function and kidney function were observed in the two groups.Conclusions Lianxin granula was effective and safe for the treatment of ventricular premature in pts with coronary heart disease.It relieved the symptom of the traditional Chinese medicine significantly. |
