Shenguidingjifang To Cure Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)of Ventricular Premature Beat(Q1 And Yin Deficiency Type)the Effect Of Clinical Observation

Obj ective:Observe the clinical curative effect of Shengui dingjifang in the treatment of ventricular premature beats with deficiency of qi and yin,and provide some ideas for clinical treatment of arrhythmia by traditional Chinese medicine.Method:The 60 patients with ventricular premature beats and TCM syndromes of Qi and Yin deficiency type were randomly divided into control goup and treatment group with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional Western medicine to treat basic diseases.On the basis of the control group,Chinese herbal decoction of Shenguidingjifang was added.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.TCM symptom scores and 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram ventricular premature beats before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Result:1.TCM Symptom Score:Symptom scores decreased significantly after treatment in both groups(p<0.01),but were lower in the treatment group than in the control group,p<0.05,statistically significant.2.The number of premature ventricular contractions:After treatment.the total number of ventricular premature beats in the two groups decreased significantly compared with the previous treatment group.The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,which was 93.33%and 83.33%,respectively,p<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Shenguidingj ifang can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of ventricular premature beats(qi-yin deficiency syndrome)in patients with coronary heart disease.2.Shenguidingjifang can effectively reduce the number of premature ventricular premature beats in patients with ventricular premature beats(qi-yin deficiency)in 24 hours.
