Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Functional Hypothalamic Amenorrhea Of Deficiency Of Qi And Blood With Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine

Objective:Through the clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional hypothalamic amenorrhea（FHA）with deficiency of qi and blood,explore the clinical efficacy of Bazhen Decoction and Zuogui Pill in the treatment of FHA,and provide a basis for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty-four patients with functional hypothalamic amenorrhea due to deficiency of qi and blood were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in the observation group and 32 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus Western medicine artificial cycle（Fenmatol）,and the control group was treated with Western medicine artificial cycle（Fenmatol）for 3 menstrual cycles.Observe and record the TCM symptom scores,gonadal hormone levels,endometrial thickness,uterine size,follicle diameter,recurrence rate and safety indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Use statistical methods to process the results,analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods.Results:1.Comprehensive clinical efficacy:After treatment,the effective rate in the observation group was 93.55%,and the effective rate in the control group was 70.97%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant（P<O.O5）.2.TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the scores of the two groups of patients were lower than that before the treatment（P<0.05）.Compared between the groups,the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant（P<0.05）.Three months after the drug was stopped,the score of the observation group was still lower than that before treatment（P<0.05）,and the score of the control group was not significantly different from that before treatment（P>0.05）.In terms of long-term efficacy,the observation group was still effective,The control group has no obvious therapeutic effect.3.Gonadal hormone levels:After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E₂of the two groups of patients increased compared with the previous（P<0.05）.In comparison between groups,the levels of gonadal hormones in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）,and the difference was significant.4.Endometrial thickness,uterine size and follicle diameter:After treatment,the endometrial thickness,uterine size and follicle diameter of the two groups of patients increased compared with before treatment（P<0.05）.Comparison between groups,the observation group The index growth rate is greater（P<0.05）,and the difference is significant.5.Comparison of recurrence rate:3 months after stopping the drug,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 9.68%,and that of the control group was 38.71%.The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）,and the difference was significant.Conclusion:The addition and subtraction of Bazhen Decoction and Zuogui Pill can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of patients with functional hypothalamic amenorrhea due to deficiency of qi and blood,improve the efficacy of TCM symptoms,increase the level of gonadal hormones,increase the thickness of the endometrium,the size of the uterus and the diameter of the follicles,Improve the clinical effective rate,and the curative effect is stable,and the recurrence rate is low.
