Clinical Efficacy Of Bushenhuoxue Treatment Combined Artificial Cycle Western Medicine Treatment Of Kidney Blood Type Secondary Amenorrhea

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of Bushenhuoxue treatment combined artificial cycle western medicine treatment of kidney Blood type secondary amenorrhea, and to explore its mechanism, provide effective therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of secondary amenorrhea.Methods: 60 patients with screening of Kidney Blood type secondary amenorrhea, randomized methods are divided into three groups, choose traditional Chinese medicine treatment and western medicine treatment group, control group 1 choose Chinese medicine treatment, control group 2 choose western medicine treatment, treatment for three months, and three consecutive menstrual cycles.Clinical observation indexes :(1) safety indicators:1) blood, urine, stool routine test.Before and after treatment, respectively, detection 1 times.2) liver(ALT, AST), kidney(BUN, Cr) check.Before and after treatment, respectively, detection 1 times.Systemic reactions(record at any time).(2) the observation of curative effect nature: observation 3 group before and after the treatment of diseases and syndromes curative effect before and after the treatment curative effect, TCM symptom score before and after the treatment(menstrual integral and clinical symptom scores), level of sex hormone(FSH, LH, E2) change.Results:(1) before the treatment, the treatment group and control group 1,2, the age distribution interval, the length of the course of the disease, TCM syndrome of the indicators such as total integral comparison difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(2)after the treatment:(1)18 to 24 years old age group compared with 33 to 40 years old age group difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), showed that patients with curative effect and negatively correlated with age, the age is smaller, the better curative effect.(2) in terms of secondary amenorrhea curative effect, treatment group total effective rate was 40%, control group 1 was 20%, control group 2 was 15%, three groups have significant difference comparing statistical significance(P < 0.01).The curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than control group 1, 2, the control group 1 curative effect is superior to control group 2.(3)in the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect, treatment group total effectiveness 90.00%, control group 1 was 80.00%, control group 2(60.00%), three groups of comparative difference was statistically significant(P < o. 05).The control group and treatment group 1 curative effects has no statistical significance(P > 0.05), but is better than that of control group 2.(4) in the treatment group and control group 1 improve menstrual and kidney and blood stasis symptoms integral, compared to control group 2 difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Treatment group and control group 1 curative effect comparison difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(5) in improving the serum endocrine hormone levels, FSH, LH levels after treatment were improved to varying degrees, difference contrast differences before and after the treatment are statistically significant(P < 0.05).(6)the menstrual cramps, after three months follow-up treatment group amenorrhoea recurrence rate was 37.5%, control group 1 amenorrhea recurrence rate was 50%, control group 2 amenorrhoea recurrence rate was 66.7%.Treatment group, control group 1, group 2 comparison difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05), as a result, secondary amenorrhea forward curative effect is not ideal.(3)observed during this study, three groups of subjects were vital signs are stable, no adverse events.The blood routine, routine urine routine, liver and kidney function in several indicators part after the preparation before normal and abnormal, the judge has no clinical significance, or have clinical significance, but has no obvious correlation with drugs.Conclusion:Bushenhuoxue method combined artificial cycle western medicine treatment the curative effect of Kidney Blood type of secondary amenorrhea is pure traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment, the curative effect is better, therefore this law can be thought of as effective methods for treatment of kidney and blood stasis type of secondary amenorrhea, is worth in clinical application and promotion.
