Effects Of Chinese Medicine Artificial Cycle Therapy Combined With Estradiol Valerate On Endometria During Ovulation Induction Cycle Of Clomiphnen Citrate

Objective:In this study,the treatment groups were treated with three different therapies,which were the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,the western medicine alone and the traditional Chinese medicine alone.The endometrial thickness and type,period ovulation rate and periodic pregnancy were compared rate,which also including tht serum estrogen and progesterone.According to the results of this study,we hope trying to explore a reasonable and effective treatment ideas.Method:Selected 90 reproductive department outpatients of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Suzhou Affiliated Hospital in January 2016 to February 2017,who were diagnosed as ovulation disorder infertility and taking clomiphene treatment.Those patients were randomly divided into three groups,group A(Chinese medicine cycle therapy),group B(estradiol valerate tablets),group C(estradiol valerate tablets+traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy).Continuous treatment of 3 menstrual cycle,observed in three groups of each cycle of B-monitoring results(endometrial thickness,type)and estrogen,progesterone and other indicators.SPSS22.0 analysis of the three groups of changes in the indicators of the difference.Results:(1)HCG endometrial thickness comparison:A group 7.84±1.31mm,the maximum 11.00mm,the minimum 4.80mm;B group 8.1.7±1.60mm,the maximum value of 12.10mm,the minimum 4.50mm;Group C 10.18±0.84mm,the maximum 12.00mm,the minimum 5.50mm.From the t test,A,B and C group between the P<0.01,with significant difference;A and B group no significant statistical difference.(2)HCG day Type a endometrial ratio:A group 31.58%,B group 27.85%,group C 51.32%.P = 0.014<0.05 between group A and group C,P = 0.003<0.01,group B and group C had significant difference,and P>0.05 between group A and group B was not statistically significant difference.(3)The thickness of endometrium at 7days after the day of HCG:group A was 9.56+1.59mm,the maximum was 14.00mm,the minimum was 5.70mm;the group B was 9.69± 1.64mm,the maximum was 13.50mm,the minimum was 5.00mm;the C group was 11.71 ± 1.52mm,The maximum value of15.40mm,the minimum 7.20mm.(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between group A and group B.(4)The serum P value:group A was 14.92±5.90 ng ml-1,the maximum was 37.71 ng·ml-1,the lowest was 5.14 ng·ml-1;and 14.49±7.04ng·ml-1 in group B,the maximum value of 31.35ng·ml-1,the minimum value of 5.34ng·ml-1;C group 17.92±9.91ng·ml-1,the maximum value of 55.22ng·ml-1,the minimum 6.41ng·ml-1.T test,B group and C group P<0.05,there was a statistical difference;A group and B,C group P>0.05,no significant statistical difference.(5)The serum E2 of the 7th day after ovulation:the group A was 269.98±120.92pg·ml-1 the maximum was 523.59pg·ml-1,the minimum was 64.02pg·ml-1;the group B was 279.63±122.55pg·ml-1,the maximum value of 502.32pg·ml-1,the minimum 60.03pg ml-1;group C 399.40±220.95pg·ml-1,the maximum 786.43pg·ml-1,the minimum 89.54pg·ml-1.T test,A,B group and C group were P<0.05,with statistical differences;A,B group P>0.05,no significant statistical difference.(6)The ovulation rate of each group was P>0.05,there was no significant difference.We can see that in the cycle pregnancy rate,group A 11.84%,B group 10.13%,group C 25.00%.Chi-square test,A group and C group between the P =0.036<0.05;B group and C group P = 0.015<0.05;A group and B group P>0.05,no significant difference between the groups.Conclusion:(1)Using estradiol valerate plus Chinese Medicine Artificial Cycle therapy had improved the thickness and type of the endometrium in clomiphene ovulation cycle.(2)The combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment of estradiol valerate ovulation rate similar.The combination therapy significantly improved the pregnancy rate of clomiphene.(3)The combination therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is more advantageous than the single treatment group in the improvement of luteal function after ovulation.
