| Objective: This study took children with phlegm-heat stagnation syndrome in children with acute bronchitis as the research object to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Qing Fei Dao Zhi prescription acupoint application in the treatment of children with acute bronchitis.Methods:Sixty children with acute bronchitis(phlegm-heat stagnation)were divided into two groups according to random number table method,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Control group using conventional anti-infection and expectorant drug treatment,on the basis of control group and treatment group with clear lung lead lag acupoint sticking therapy,by looking at two groups of children before and after 5 days,treatment on the improvement of their symptoms,signs and auxiliary examination and evaluation of clearing lung guide lag acupoints were applied clinical efficacy and safety.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 90.0%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the total score of the two groups was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving cough,expectoration,abdominal distension,poor appetite,stool and other symptoms,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and the safety was good.Conclusion:The application of Qing Fei Dao Zhi prescription acupoint paste in the treatment of children with acute bronchitis(phlegm-heat stagnation syndrome)can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,especially in cough,sputum,abdominal distension,appetite,stool and other aspects,with significant efficacy and good safety,worthy of reference and application in clinical work. |
