The Clinical Research Of The Treatment That Wenfei Zhike Pellet Treats The Children With Acute Bronchitis(cold Attaching Lung-type Cough)

Objective:This study was designed to investigate the clinical efficacy of Wenfei Zhike pellet of acute bronchitis(cold attacking lung-type cough), and to supplement and perfect the treatment that Wenfei Zhike pellet treats the children with acute bronchitis(cold attacking lung-type cough) part of theoretical basis, as well as acute bronchitis(cold attacking lung-type cough) in the medical treatment provided basis.Methods:The test were collected cold attacking lung-type cough in children met the inclusion criteria 66 cases, doctors diagnosed as acute bronchitis. Randomly divided into treatment group and control group 33 cases, the treatment group received treatment Wenfei Zhike pellet, particles control group was given Fenghan Kesou pellet, two groups of children were observed at 72 hours after administration of cough, expectoration improvement of symptoms, and two groups of children after treatment, symptoms and signs improve the situation, using SPSS18.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1 72 hours after drug treatment group, the total efficiency of 51.6% improvement in symptoms of cough, the control group, the total efficiency of 23.4%, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). 2 72 hours after drug treatment group, the total efficiency of 77.4% expectoration symptoms, the control group was 60.0%, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). 3 Before and after treatment in the two groups: the treatment group before and after treatment primary disease, secondary symptoms total score, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); the primary disease, secondary symptoms total score before and after treatment in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). 4 Between the two groups after treatment comparison: After treatment, each of the main symptoms integration, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); Two points for each second disease after treatment, the differences were statisticallysignificant(P <0.05). After 5 treatment efficiency of the treatment group was 93.5%, the control group was 73.3%, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1 The treatment of Wenfei Zhike pellet about pediatric pulmonary cough particles cold attacking lung-type cough is better than Fenghan Kesou pellet; 2 Wenfei Zhike pellet have expel wind and cold, xuanfei cough, phlegm consumer product’s effect on the treatment of pediatric pulmonary cough cold spells have good clinical efficacy,and clinical value.
