| Objective: This paper summarizes the prescriptions of acupoint application for the treatment of chronic bronchitis in the modern literature,and determines the optimal scheme with expert opinions.The scheme verifies the clinical universality,effectiveness and safety of acupuncture combined with acupoint application and simple acupuncture for the treatment of chronic bronchitis,so as to provide an efficient external treatment of TCM for the clinic and acupoint application.To provide scientific basis for the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods: Taking the modern literature as the retrieval object,this paper searches the CNKI,Vip Net,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and Chinese Biomedical Database,establishes the database of acupoint selection and medication for the treatment of chronic bronchitis by acupoint application,and counts the frequency of acupoint selection and medication,the meridian attribution of acupoints,the attributes of specific acupoints,the location they belong to,the medicinal nature,taste and meridian attribution of acupoints,The assistant platform system software(V2.5)is used to analyze the compatibility relationship between acupoints in acupoint prescriptions and the prescription law of drugs in drug prescriptions.Combined with expert opinions,after analysis,the selection of acupoints and the optimization of medication for chronic bronchitis by acupoint application were formulated.Based on the above rules,the optimal prescription of acupoint application for chronic bronchitis was worked out.Through clinical trial observation around the optimal prescription,72 patients with chronic bronchitis from 973 acupuncture and moxibustion clinics,acupuncture and moxibustion clinics and pulmonary disease treatment areas of Jilin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group and acupoint application combined with Acupuncture treatment group,with 36 cases in each group.Followed-up was conducted one month after the end of treatment.Results: There are 48 modern literatures that meet the exclusion criteria.There are 48 prescriptions for acupoint application in treating chronic bronchitis,involving 29 acupoints.The frequency of acupoints appearing in the first three is BL13 45 times,EX-B1 20 times and GV14 19 times;the frequency of the most frequent meridians is Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian 141 times;the acupoints are mostly Back-shu points,where the frequency is 97 times.Location mainly concentrated in the back and waist,165 times;the combination of acupoints with higher frequency of selection included " BL13,EX-B1"," BL13,GV14","BL13,BL23"," BL13,BL43" and so on.There are 48 prescriptions involving 58 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,and the first four flavors with the highest frequency are mustard 44 times,Asarum 40 times,kansui34 times and yanhusuo 14 times;medicinal properties are mainly focused on temperature170 times;medicinal taste frequency is mainly concentrated on spicy 184 times;closely related to lung,heart and kidney,the frequency is 178,101,97 times in turn;The combinations were: mustard seed,Asarum root,mustard seed,kansui root,Asarum root,kansui root,mustard seed,Asarum root,kansui root,yanhusuo root and mustard seed.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of skin flushing,itching,gastrointestinal discomfort,dizziness and palpitation between the two groups during the treatment period(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint application is mainly used to treat chronic bronchitis,such as Feishu,Dingchuan,Dazhui,and mustard,asarum,Kansui and Yanhusuo.Acupoint application therapy for chronic bronchitis patients can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of cough,sputum,wheezing,and has high safety.At present,the treatment of chronic bronchitis is still lack of specific drugs and methods,and Acupoint Application in the treatment of chronic bronchitis has a good effect. |
