| Objective: In this study,by observing the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in the treatment of postoperative urinary retention, the differences of urinary residual volume, urinary retention grade, bladder function score and overall efficacy before and after treatment were taken as evaluation indexes,so as to confirm the clinical advantage of electroacupuncture in the treatment of postoperative urinary retention.Methods:60 patients with urinary retention after gynecological surgery who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.Routine treatment after gynecological surgery and indwelling catheter nursing combined with intermittent urethral catheterization were performed in both groups. In the treatment group,Dingpang1 line,LU 7,LU 5,ST 36,SP 9,SP 6 and K I3 were treated with electroacupuncture with continuous wave and frequency of5 Hz,30 minutes for each treatment. The control group was given 0.2mg Tanluoxin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets, once a day,one tablet once a time. Both groups were treated once a day for 10 days as a course of treatment, with 2 days rest after each course for 2 courses. The differences in urinary residual volume, urinary retention grade, bladder function score and overall curative effect were used as clinical efficacy evaluation.Data of patients before and after treatment were recorded, and SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis to compare the intra-group and inter-group differences in curative effect between the two groups.Results:(1)A total of 60 people were included in this study, meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria. There was no shedding in the treatment process in either group, and 60 people actually completed the treatment,30 in each group;(2)After treatment, the total effective rate of 30 cases in the treatment group was 93.00%.In the control group, the total effective rate was76.67%.The results showed that the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Comparison of residual urine volume in the bladder: after treatment, the residual urine volume in the bladder was reduced in the two groups, and there was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The therapeutic effect was better between the treatment group and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)Comparison of the degree of urinary retention: The degree of urinary retention was improved in both groups after treatment, and there was statistically significant difference in curative effect between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P <0.05).The curative effect was more obvious between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).(5)Comparison of bladder function scores: bladder function was improved in the two groups after treatment, and there was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The curative effect of improving bladder function in the treatment group and the control group was better, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both treatment schemes can effectively treat Postoperative urinary retention, but the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture therapy is better than oral Tanloxin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets, and can better improve the symptoms of Postoperative urinary retention, which is worthy of clinical promotion.2.The comparison of the two therapies in the treatment of postoperative urinary retention found that electroacupuncture could better improve the grade of urinary retention, reduce the score of bladder function, and reduce the residual urine volume of the bladder. It is proved that this scheme is effective in clinic. |
