The Clinical Efficacy Of Tongduoqi Acupuncture Combined With Moxibustion For Urinary Retention After Gynecological Surgery

Objective:To observed theclinical efficiency and safety of Tongdutiaoqi acupuncturecombined with moxibustion therapy tocureurinary retention aftergynecological surgery.Method: Patients who have urinary retention after gynecological surgery were included.All cases were randomly divided into treat group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treat group using Tongdutiaoqi acupuncture combined wtih moxibustion therapy,and the control group using neostigmine to intramuscular..This test aimed to observe Tongdutiaoqi acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy through six ways:the time of remove catheter,security capacity,residual urine volume,visual analogue scale,overall efficacy.and security.Employ SPSS20.0 softwareto analysis all dates.Results:Campared wtih the control group,the course of treatment was early,and there have statistical significance(P<0.05.)Both the two group improve security capacity,reduce residual urine retention volume and visual analogue scale scores,but the treatment group have better effects,this evidence have statistical significance(P<0.05),The overall effects of treatment group and control group respectively is 90% and86%,thereis no statistical significance(P>0.05)Conclusion: Tongdutiaoqi acupuncture combined wtih moxibustion therapy have great effects and safety on urinary retention aftergynecological surgery.Its provided initial evidence to Tongdutiaoqi acupuncture.
