| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Guizhi Fuzi decoction combined with ginger moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with cold and dampness arthralgia,a comprehensive evaluation was carried out to provide a new reference for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods: The 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Control group 20 mg/ oral administration of leflunomide tablets,1 per day,Add diclofenac sodium double release enteric capsule 75mg/ times,1 per day,The treatment group was treated with Guizhi Fuzi decoction combined with ginger-separated moxibustion,The total course of treatment was 8 weeks.To record and analyze tenderness joint number,swelling joint number,visual analogue score(VAS),28 joint disease activity score(DAS28),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),TCM syndrome efficacy,disease efficacy,Chinese patient-reported activity index with rheumatoid arthritis(CPRI-RA)and record the occurrence of adverse reactions during the study,use SPSS23.0 statistical software to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:⑴Clinical symptoms and signs: the number of tenderness joints,the number of swollen joints and the time of morning stiffness were significantly improved in both groups after treatment,the two groups were better than the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).⑵VAS score and DAS28 score: after treatment,the VAS score and DAS28 score of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),but the decrease of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).⑶Laboratory indicators: ESR,C reactive protein,rheumatoid factor,tumor necrosis factor-α decreased in both groups after treatment,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and The treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).⑷ CPRI-RA scale :(1)After treatment,the CPRI-RA scale scores of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group was better(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the effect of CPRI-RA quantity form items in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison between the two groups after treatment,In improving the degree of morning stiffness,fatigue,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is superior.⑸The curative effect of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of treatment was different between the two groups,the treatment group and the control group were 87.50% and 75.00%,which showed that the treatment group was superior(P<0.05).⑹Effect of disease: total effective rate of control group was71.88%,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.06%,Comparison of total efficiency between the two groups,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).⑺Safety analysis: No serious adverse events occurred during treatment in both groups.Conclusion:⑴Guizhi Fuzi decoction combined with ginger-separated moxibustion can not only effectively reduce the visual analogue score and the activity score of 28 joint diseases,but also reduce the index of erythrocyte sedimentation rate,Creactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α and rheumatoid factor.⑵Guizhi Fuzi decoction combined with ginger-separated moxibustion in the treatment of cold and dampness arthralgia-resistant rheumatoid arthritis in improving the degree of morning stiffness,fatigue degree of patients than simple western medicine oral,can improve the quality of life of patients.⑶Guizhi Fuzi decoction combined with ginger moxibustion in the treatment of cold and dampness obstruction rheumatoid arthritis with small adverse reactions and high safety. |
