Clinical Study Of Fuzi Decoction Combined With Warm Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Cold-dampness Obstruction Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Fuzi Decoction combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of cold-damp obstruction type,conduct a comprehensive evaluation,and provide a new reference for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a treatment group and a control group by RAndom number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given leflunomide tablets(20 mg each time,once a day)and diclofenac sodium double-release enteric-coated capsules(75 mg each time,once a day)on the basis of basic treatment;the treatment group On the basis of the control group,Fuzi decoction combined with warm acupuncture was added.After 8 weeks,the number of joint tenderness,joint swelling,visual analogue scale(VAS)and 28 joint disease activity score(DAS28)were recorded and analyzed in the two groups before and after treatment),anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody(anti-CCP antibody),erythrocyte sedimentation RAte(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF),TCM syndrome efficacy,disease efficacy,reported by Chinese patients with rheumatoid arthritis Disease activity index(CPRI-RA)and other changes,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the study were recorded,and SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis to evaluate the treatment effect and safety.Results:During the treatment process,no patients in the two groups dropped out,and a total of 60 patients in the two groups were eventually included in and completed the trial,with 30 patients in each group.(1)Relief of clinical symptoms and signs: after treatment,both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05);after treatment,the number of joint tenderness,joint swelling,and morning stiffness time were compared,and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).(2)Labo RAtory indicators: the results of this study showed that the anti-CCP antibodies,RF,ESR,and CRP of the two groups of patients after treatment were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).(3)In terms of comprehensive efficacy indicators: after treatment,the VAS score,DAS28 score and CPRI-RA scale score of the two groups were all decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)In terms of efficacy indicators:(1)The cu RAtive effect of TCM syndromes: The research results showed that the total effective RAte of the control group was 80.00%,and the total effective RAte of the treatment group was 93.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group.(2)The cu RAtive effect of the disease: the research results showed that the total effective RAte of the control group was 76.67%,and the total effective RAte of the treatment group was 90.00%.There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective RAte between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(5)Safety analysis: There were no serious adverse events in the two groups of patients during the treatment.Prompt security is good.Conclusion:1.Fuzi Decoction combined with warm acupuncture can effectively reduce the levels of anti-CCP antibodies,ESR,CRP and RF,improve VAS score,DAS28 score and CPRI-RA scale score,and the the RApeutic effect is better than that of o RAl western medicine alone,and can reduce the activity of the disease,effectively control the development of the disease.2.Fuzi decoction combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type is more effective than the simple western medicine group in improving clinical symptoms and signs such as joint morning stiffness,pain,swelling,and TCM syndromes,and has more advantages.Fuzi decoction combined with warm acupuncture has a synergistic effect and can improve the quality of life of patients.3.There were no adverse reactions and toxic side effects during the treatment period,indicating that Fuzi Decoction combined with warm acupuncture has good efficacy and safety,and has broad clinical prospects.
