Clinical Effect Of Abdominal Massage On Post-stroke Depression

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of Tuina combined with Huoxue Sanjie Recipe in treating adenoid hypertrophy of Qi and blood stasis syndrome.By calculating the three major symptoms of nasal congestion,snoring during sleep sounding,and mouth-opening breathing,the accompanying symptoms and the improvement of quality of life scores,the comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy of pediatric massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children with qi and blood stasis syndrome is the clinical upper gland Provide a basis for the treatment of body hypertrophy.Methods:Sixty children with adenoid hypertrophy that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groups.Finally,28 cases were in the control group and 29 cases in the treatment group.A total of 57 cases completed the treatment.The control group was treated with Huoxue Sanjie Recipe,one dose a day,120-300ml each,half an hour after breakfast and dinner.The treatment group was combined with massage treatment on the basis of the control group,once every other day,20 minutes each time,and treated for 1 month as a course of treatment,with a total of 2 courses,with an interval of 5-7 days between treatment courses.The two groups of patients underwent baseline assessment of symptoms,OS A-18 quality of life scores,and A/N values before treatment.After the 4th and 8th weeks of treatment,scores of the primary symptom,secondary symptom,and OSA-18 scale were performed respectively.During follow-up The three main symptoms were scored in 3 months,and the curative effect was evaluated at each time node of treatment and follow-up,and SPSS21.0 was used for data processing.Result:In the 4th and 8th weeks of treatment,compared with the pre-treatment,the two groups of children showed significant improvement in symptom scores and OSA-18 scores with significant differences(P<0.01);in the 4th week of treatment,nasal congestion in the treatment group The improvement was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the 8th week of treatment,the improvement of the treatment group’s nasal congestion,snoring during sleep sounding,primary symptom score,secondary symptom score,and OSA-18 score were all better than the control group(P<0.05)During the follow-up period,the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of nasal congestion,snoring during sleep sounding,and improvement of the main symptoms score(P<0.05);in terms of clinical efficacy,the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of treatment and follow-up time nodes(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Tuina combined with Huoxue Sanjie Recipe for treatment of adenoid hypertrophy of Qi and blood stasis syndrome,the short-term and long-term curative effects are better than those of traditional Chinese medicine alone.2.Tuina combined with Huoxue Sanjie Recipe in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy with qi and blood stasis syndrome can significantly improve the symptoms of "nasal congestion" and"snoring during sleep sounding" in children.3.As a kind of green therapy,Tuina is safe in clinical operation and easy to accept by children and parents.It may be achieved by improving the disease resistance of children to maintain the effect of curative effect.
