Clinical Research On Treatment Of Liver Stagnation And Kidney Debility Type Menopausal Syndrome With Geng Nian Zonghe Decoction

Objective:To further investigate the mechanism of immune regulation medicine endocrine function of ovarian reserve, and to explore traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis over treatment of ovarian function decline law. The finding reflects a specific marker for ovarian reserve and prognosis.This study is mainly through clinical observation and study on the integrated approach menopause Clinical value of menopausal syndrome.Methods:Through clinical studies,60 met the inclusion criteria for patient in clinical studies. Single-blind, paralled-group study of a single simulation; daily hot flashes in menopausal women 60 cases were divided into treatment group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients randomly.60 patients aged between 40to 55 are randomly classified into two groups with 30 in each group. The treatment Group patients take one dose of self-prescribed Geng nian zonghe Decoction a day. The Control Group patients take Ding jing Decoction vocally once a day for a month as a treatment course. Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale in combination with index examination results is adopted to conduct clinical observation for Menopausal syndrome treatment. (K) Kupperman symptom score and the Chinese medicine indicators are used to measure on before and after treatment. The period of Treatment is for 15-21 days. Chinese medicine treatment of this disease has yielded satisfactied results in clinical practice, but most stay on the clinical efficacy of observation. It can be concluded that fewer large sample data determining the efficacy is not sufficient and the objective indicators of clinical studies selection still have some deficiency. Therefore, the future of clinical studies of large sample populations need to be futher expanded the scope of side effects observed and to improve the results of universality, extensiveness, reliability and acceptability.Results:1. After treatment, the TCM syndrome curative effect total effective rates of the Treatment Group and the Control Group are 90% and 83.3% respectively. The TCM syndrome total curative effect degree comparisons show significant difference in two groups (P<0.05). There’s significant difference in TCM syndrome curative effect between two groups, and the treatment Group is superior to the Control Group.2. After treatment, the comparison of improvement situation of symptoms like infrequent menstruation, distension in the symptoms in two groups shows no significant difference (P>0.05). This shows the curative effect is equivalent in two groups for the syndrome mentioned above.3. After treatment, the comparison of improvement situation of symptoms like hot flashes, sweating, or have palpitations, vaginal dryness, low libido, urgency, low back pain, calf cramps, fatigue skin formication, palpitations, breast distending pain in two groups shows significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. The self-prescribed Geng nian zonghe Decoction has better Chinese Medicine syndrome curative effect than in the treatment of Ding jingDecoction.2. In this research, the self-prescribed Geng nian zonghe Decoction has better effect in relieving breast distending hotflashes, sweating, or have palpitations, vaginal dryness, low libido, urgency, low backpain, calf cramps, fatigue skin formication, palpitations, breast distending pain than Ding jing Decoction...
