Objective:Through the analysis of laboratory and imaging indicators of patients with interstitial lung disease caused by treatment of lung cancer,to explore the early warning effect of various indicators in interstitial lung disease caused by treatment of lung cancer. Methods:A total of 76 lung cancer patients with interstitial pulmonary disease and 28 patients without interstitial pulmonary disease were selected from the first hospital of Jilin University from October 2010 to October 2020.According to the presence or absence of interstitial lung disease, the patients were divided into ILD group and non-ILD group. The general information, past medical history, treatment plan, prognosis survival time, laboratory indicators and lung CT signs of the patients were statistically analyzed. The risk factors of interstitial lung disease caused by treatment of lung cancer were compared between the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences in age, ethnicity, smoking history, family history of cancer,cat/dog/pigeon exposure between ILD group and non-ILD group(p<0.05),the gender difference was statistically significant(p=0.000),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in rheumatic system diseases, diabetes and other previous medical history(p<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the four clinical symptoms of dry cough, dyspnea, hemoptysis and weight loss between the two groups(p<0.05).NE%,NLR,PLR and Gl O levels in ILD group were significantly higher than those in non-ILD group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).LY% and LY levels in ILD group were significantly lower than those in non-ILD group, with statistical significance(p<0.05).There were no significant differences in WBC,NE,EO,PLT,AST,ALT,ALB,BUN,CRE,URIC,Cyfra21-1,CEA,NSE,CA125,SCCA between 2 groups(p>0.05).Compared with the non-ILD group, the nodule shadow difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in mesh, strip, patchy, pleural effusion, ground glass opacity, pleural thickening, mediastinal lymph node enlargement, interlobular septal thickening,thin-walled cavity, and honeycomb(p<0.05).Logistic regression analysis was performed on the indicators with statistically significant differences, and the results suggested that nodule and NLR were independent risk factors for ILD caused by lung cancer treatment(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Patients with increased levels of NE%,NLR,PLR,Gl O,or decreased absolute value of LY and LY% are more likely to cause interstitial lung disease during lung cancer treatment.2.Nodular shadow and NLR are independent risk factors of ILD caused by lung cancer treatment.
